Don't think I've ever playd a TBS game with such a spectacularly low hit/miss ratio. I can go 3 turns without a single hit with a board full of upgraded units.

nice game but what does'nt seem right is that you rarely hit them. especially when you don't have much turns left and there is only one enemy standing and you lose the match just because you didnt kill him...2/4 for this game

It feels alot like RISK. That one army with only 2 HP left completely OWNS 8 full HP armies? Is the game cheating, or did i miss something?

This game is really fun and i liked it very much! i gave this game 5/5 because the graphics was ok and action was fine, but it was very long and enjoyable!

Well yeah, lot of probs with failed and repulsed attacks, but great game after all!! I think it needs 1 thing: next unit button
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
well, you can drag and drop the window from the middle, jus like in windows.my problem was with the criticals,i have lost a few battles because the last enemy unit hit in with a critical killing my hero with one blow.

This game is great and has the makings of something truly wonderful, but I have one concern/question... How can a catapult be repulsed?! I think that needs to be totally reworked, it should do AoE damage regardless if it hits its main target or not.

I take back any nice things I had to say, apparently this guy's idea of a war is a bunch of physically incapable blind idiots flailing their weapons until they're lucky enough to hit something. Obviously, I picked the more blinder side, after spending 10 turns trying to hit the sodding ancient ruin guy only to see a group (who obviously do have the gift of sight) whipe out half my units. No, I said, no to this shitty and frustrating gameply, and a big sod you to the developer who thought this was fun.

on choosing upgrade abilities, should be able to see what do the abilities I cannot choose, because I want to evaluate the whole tree before choosing a path!!

I like turn-based games, but this one isn't really ready. Changing facing after movement is supposed to be possible, but didn't work for me, upgrades to armor and weapons didn't show up, etc. And I agree that the feel of the graphics is somehow claustrophobic. Work on it some more and then re-release it.

The game is easy if you get enough cash to completely fill up your side with catapults. Just max out their attack power, give them the mobility powerup, and you end up taking out at least 1 enemy troop per round.
On the last level go straight for the general and ignore everyone else.

Man the tutorial is awful, 10 pages of text made with some weird and hard to read font.. try to emphasise important stuff, or deliver that in several chunks (after the first three battles per example) instead of one big time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
trying to sodding flank people is like pulling teeth, awful controls, awful tutorial, which is a shame since it could be a good game
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
well its a great idea but not done very well u fail too often and haveing to kill twice your number of guys in like 5 turns is just rediculous
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ya it sucks when the enemy has like 10 health and your guy has like 30 and you cant kill the enemy but he kills you in counter attacks, and its only on the second stage on easy...something has to give, either give them higher hp like someone said or atleast be able to hit and not get countered all the time. has all the ingredients to be good, but isnt. 2/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ok so i spend 20 turns attacking a single unit with everything i have only to find that half of them die!? this game frankly doesn't even deserve a bad rating
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if you cant learn this by yourself and need a tutorial then your a COMPLETE IDIOT and the tutorial is pretty much just training so you can do the campaign
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To add to this, there are lots of spelling mistakes and words that don't make sense. Obviously, some aspects of this game were rushed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sry, but the 10 pages of tutorial were nonsense. They told me X MILLION things EVERY strategic gamer lready knows, but NOTHING about the game itself. Still the information page with 20 entries tells me NOTHING, i don't know how to use spells with the elf mage etcetcetcetcetcetcetcetcetc
And i won't visit an other site only to learn how to play a game HERE.
So i can give it only a 1/5 AND the advice: Put a SENSEFUL tutorial IN the game...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
way to many attacks fail, this is not fun, obviously, just sitting there missing, this needs to be lowered significantly for the game to get anything higher than 3/5.

The hit rating on your troops is horrible. I stood behind the Ancient Ruins with my General, and he missed 15/18 attack rounds. You need to redesign the game to account for the fact that a melee person standing behind a mob is NEVER going to miss their target. It's not possible unless you trip over yourself and drop your sword. I'd like to think my own soldiers weren't complete blithering idiots even if it's just levels 1-3. Also, the ranged are completely overpowered.

The Levans battle is impossible to complete with only 30 turns and 6 troops to play with ... ps : attack fail happens a lot to me , but almost never to enemy ...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
yeh, it shouldnt fail so often, it do that only sometimes, 50% block , 25% miss, 25% hit , and seeing that it takes so many attack to kill one unit this is enough :)
