rlly enjoyed its a cool lil mashup, only gripe is I feel like a button that slowed down your movement instead of just relying on the length of your button presses would've made things feel a bit smoother

jasondeegan, that's the whole point. That very first level is a rite of passage, and it teaches you about the enemy firing patterns and where they'll shoot next. That very first level teaches you more than a plain old tutorial. Unlike the other levels, you don't have cover. It trains you in your bullet dodging abilities. If you can't get through it, or simply prefer a tutorial with boring "Press A to jump" or "Kill this enemy standing still, because you're probably too stupid to know that right click is how to fire your weapon," then I suppose this isn't for you. However, that doesn't warrant giving the entire game a low score. Once you know the controls (which are very, very simple), the game is really fun. I dunno. I just prefer looking at the whole picture, not the first thing I see.

Talk about throwing you to the wolves at the start, wow. Not enjoyable to get started and, thus, frustrating. So, got the badge and moved on. 1/5

Came back to this game after years, and realized that the game slows down when I am not moving. Way easier now. I thought it was random before.

The bullets speeding up and slowing down makes this game harder than if it was just constantly moving at full speed. Extremely frustrating. 2.5/5

The Slappers Only! Badge is way too easy. That was my first badge, yet I did not even have 15 kills yet. You should perhaps make it something like Complete all levels by only punching. Thanks.

If anybody is having trouble with the hard badge, as its description says, you can throw guns to stun enemies (right-click picks up and throws weapons). So start by punching the guy's lights out, grabbing his gun, and throw it at one of the bottom guys. Immediately run towards who you threw it to and punch him down, then use his gun to stun the nearest guy. If you have to, you can use the first gun to stun the second guy again if he recovers too early. After killing the first guy, you can even use the second gun to stun the fourth guy. Keep this chain going and you should have the badge soon.

Tip for the hard badge: go clockwise or counter-clockwise. You can keep picking up guns - throw one right away at the closest enemy, and pick up another one. When you get closer, they'll recover and you can throw it at them before they shoot. Much safer that way, more time to get in your punches.

Hard Badge: Kill the middle guy, throw the gun at the guy on the right and keep moving around the circle repeating this really slowly, took me about 10 minutes.

Enemies lead their shots in hard mode, enable it to make all levels and the no bullet hard badge easier. Just move one way tapping the arrows keys little by little until they shoot, dodge the other way. Time it right and you can punch a guy twice for a kill before he shoots.

Why is this game made so much easier? I remember level 2 having 1 extra machine gun, level 3 being 1 set ofenemies longer and the gun 2 spaces farther away, level 4 having an extra machinegun, level 5 having a machine gun with the enemies at the end of the corridor (which made that part feeling awesome), level 6 having 2 extra shotguns beside the shotgun at the start, 2 machineguns per side higher up and 4 enemies at each far side behind the wall, where you don't even come anymore... more enemies in the square at level 7 and more...
Easy mode then was much harder than the hard mode right now :(
Another one of my faves gone I guess :'(

A hint for those completing the hard badge: Hitting someone from the front requires two hits. Hitting someone from the back only takes one.

(Ignore the other comment) Normal mode, enemies shoot at you - you move left, the bullet will be shot to where your right was. Hard Mode, they lead the shot - move left, the bullet hits you. Stand Still, they always hit. Hard Mode, you can trick them to not hit you.

Suggestions. 1) Use very small moves 2) Turn sideways to closest bullet 3) Toss several guns around a corner, step out, fire and toss, pick up and repeat.
