Tip: stun missile, paddle length and speed, crit rate. easy win on last level with crit, and several points with the stun. Very nice idea, maybe better graphics, or another level of gameplay, its one step away from a 4 or 5

Wow! Pong with RPG elements? What a terrible idea! Personally, I like my RPG elements to stay in my RPGs. Things like Fallout just don't work too well. (if you ask me) but Pong? That's just way too weird. If nothing more, it's too hard to level grind against FIVE opponents.

Cool, original game idea. Fun, nice upgrades.
All those having trouble on the wizard, make sure you keep your Critical very high! Plus use the stun missiles. I focused on stun missiles/criticals/paddle length/paddle speed.

Very nice take on Pong, one of the true classics. I really like the narration. It just makes it a lot more fun, for some reason. And nice upgrades, too. Good work.

Replaying levels can give you extra points if you finish with a higher bonus than you had previously. With skill you can finish quickly. It's all about making the ball move vertically faster than the opposing paddle can move as it heads across the field (try bouncing off the nearest wall)

Nope... the idea is nice... the graphic uebercrappy. Giving bonus points for TIME is complete nonsense, since winning against a AI-Pong is always random (depending on how he hits the ball and when he gives you a rare opening). In total, it's about 2/5

A little hard at the start and the final boss, but a good take on a classic game, has no replay value but is faily decent the first time through. a well respected 3/5

Hahaha, at level 6, THAT IS JACKED UP! I lost 3 lifes before he even lost a barrier! but it was at 1 life each, and all the barriers were gone, and I was listening to a fast paced, FUNKALICIOUS song by Lasdy Gaga (Telephone) and it was EPIC!!!!!

The combination of mouse control and keyboard control with no way to turn one on and the other off (there is no one in the world who needs to use both at the same time) often sent my paddle sliding to the opposite end of the board every time I bumped the mouse.

Lost first round a couple times to learn the controls then beat the rest straight through - had to reset points to get correct upgrades - stun bomb is ultimate win - just not fun enough to want to play again.

Has some horrible usability issues. Like force-losing a life when ball starts instantly at near-random position after you score. No way to get to it.

I like the story, but found a huge exploit: Move your paddle to the top, click, then lose focus (e.g. by alt+tabbing). For me, this allowed my paddle to hit anything regardless of what its y coordinate was. (My powerups were Stun Missile 5, Faster Paddle 8, Slower Enemy 5, and Longer Paddle 5.)

HALF THE FREAKING TIME THE UPGRADES WERE GIVEN TO THE ENEMY. SO I WAS STILL SMALL AND SLOW AND HE WAS LONG AND FAST... I STILL BEAT EM BUT I MEAN COME ON... 1/5...

I loved the game up until the boss. It's an excellent use of a simple game with modern upgrades, but the final boss's difficulty spike is game-breaking. It wouldn't be so bad if we could gring for infinite upgrades, but this game requires a more casual final level. 4/5.

Great, even excellent idea, however, the execution is horrible: graphics, mouse visible when "ponging", minor bugs...
Could have been 4/5 but with its current status 2/5.

I AM THE PONG MATER, dunt care if you beleive me but i beat last boss without losing a single HP crappy ending thou, and if my sis was named kenny i would been like HE KILLED KENNY THAT BASTARD lol good game couldve been better bad ending

Tough to beat the last boss. Here are the stats I beat him with. It took a lot of trial and error to get a good setup:
Level 8 'Faster paddle'
Level 3 'Longer paddle'
Level 4 'Critical hit'
Level 2 'Stun missle'
I found the only way to get the ball through wall either on a critical bounce, or from a perfectly timed stun missle.
Final boss gave about 4000 upgrade points.
Liked the game for it's originality, but the game was very glitchy. I definitely think the player should be asked if they are ready before proceeding.
