Please shorten the end-level animation after a certain level. Sometimes it takes longer to show the level bonus than it does to clear the level.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Adding a prestige upgrade for shortening the time spent between levels would be nice since that's where most of the time is spent once you get things going.

@CedricDur is because of browsers "frame functions" implementations. There's a specific function for animations (requestAnimationFrame) which do not serves animation frames anymore if you unfocus the window. There are ways of overcoming this, but the developers need to add extra effort for that to happen, so if not receiving animation frames when the game is not focused is not a very big problem, is usually kept as-is. If you are interested into how is usually this problem "fixed" go stackoverflow.com and search for "requestAnimationFrame pause focus". Have a nice day :-)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@CedricDur: That's BS. It can have a lot of different Reasons, a Game doesn't run in Background. You can set Background-Tabs to a Suspend-Mode e.g.
And even the Engine and Language used to Program is Important. I saw a lot of different behaviours on different Browsers.
To say "The Dev make this on Purpose!" is totally nonsense.

All browser games have the issue where if the tab is not focused, progress would either be slow or not at all. Put the game in a new window and not a tab, that fixes the issue.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No, it really isn't. Some of them will like this one, but 90% others not. The tricks about playing the game in a different window are just that, tricks. What I've said remains true: the dev made it on purpose we are forced to be focused on the game. Pretty sure if he could he would remove the function that new window makes it work because this does not happen by accident, it's coded in.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The fact that people still haven't figured out the difference between a new tab and a new window confounds me. If you want the game to run in the background, put it in a new WINDOW, not a new TAB. This has been true for over a decade.

I hate idle games but still played it for a bit since it was mesmerizing to see the blocks being eaten.
But it's a gross deal breaker that I am forbidden to tab out to read a bit or browse another game and the game pauses until I have given it my full and undivided attention.
No, just... no.

The game pausing while it is not in focus is shitty. It's an IDLE GAME. We check on it once in a while, we don't stare at the screen while numbers go up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i wish i could play that game, but sadly i have the same trouble as some of use : it doesn't save at all. Could you add an export/import feature ?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't like idle games as much and I still believe this could be pac-man with a poorly-designed premise. 2 Stars at worst.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Can be nice to see Golden Pills as Achievements,
and also as stats (above the time maybe?),
I really miss the graphs in idle games.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@gatherer818: You can make the level-end screen faster by switching off "Show level bonus" after pressing the top left button with the three stripes.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I would appreciate a prestige upgrade that makes the level-end screen go by faster, early parts of restarts suffer from the end of level screen lasting longer than the level did.

The game is only really balanced for the first 1-2 days play. The unicorn buff seems to disappear altogether later on (never seen it after lvl 2000, maybe stops when all men are max speed idk). The other buffs can sustain eventually, so the upgrades are not useless. Prestige upgrades in general just have little meaningful effect after this point, the money from buffs doesn't scale which doesn't matter because the auto upgrader's periodical ticks never keep pace with the amount of money you have anyway. Good game but a short lived one in terms of idle games. Thx Dev for the game

@Miguelinileugim Wait so the useful powerups are time-capped? So there's actually no point in upgrading the things that give you powerups more often at all?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I feel cheated when you've made "useful" powerups spawn based on time rather than a fixed chance per map. If I'm clearing out entire levels in 3 seconds, I expect to have a backlog of like 3000 seconds worth of unicorn farts, not to barely have a bonus or two active at a time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
an option to toggle the % collecetion of each square man would be cool to see who is doing the most. that way when it goes really fast, at the end of the level the game would say who to focus on
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the "Level Bonus" screen lasts longer than many levels after a few upgrades and letting us turn it off would speed the game up a ton

Using mouse macros to go up, right, down, left, for 2 seconds in each direction. It's fun to see the random patterns your mazes create from this simple navigation. And maybe there's a published math paper about generating randomness this way?

and in a future update, there should be a prestige upgrade that lets you not need to prestige to get the bonuses from the upgrades that costs an absurd amount because of how op it is.

I think the auto button is great as it is ... don't change it ... it should not do everything perfect ... if you want better results just sit and click ... and it is ok to have to turn it back on when you restart or reboot ... it is only one click ... great job
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I keep clicking on those prestige "buttons" with numbers (price) every time I open the layer for the first time. The layer disappears and I realise "Wait they only look like buttons, I actually have to click on image above them to purchase an upgrade."

So, upon testing it, the game saves for me in Google Chrome, but doesn't save in Firefox, which I use primarily. Their newest game saves in Firefox but this one doesn't, at least for me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Don't know why you guys feel the need to downvote me. I left the game on for about 3 hours, it was at level 200, then refreshed it and I was back at level 1 with nothing. Considering there's an achievement for refreshing it's not crazy to think it would save. I don't have this issue with any other game on Kong, though Kong is basically shutting down now.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Auto Upgrade is great, but it shouldn't be free. If you charged 1M golden pills for Auto Upgrade, it would become available in the mid-game, when clicking on upgrades is starting to get tedious.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You should add an XP system to the square so every good amount of squares they eat they gain XP which gives them Speed/Hunger permanently (On restart they stay).
Also how about some Prestige upgrades that allow us to upgrade the power ups? For example - the X2 Speed power up - Upgrade how fast it makes the squares from X2 to X3 to X4 and so on.
A prestige upgrade that let's us upgrade the squares that cannot eat monsters so with this upgrade we can give them the ability to eat them.
A prestige upgrade that let's us upgrade the amount of Golden Pills we get per level by X2/X3/X4 and so forth.

It would be nice if this game saved. Just upon refreshing and you lose all progress. Besides that it's an excellent game.
