Glitch-the colossal fall achievement says 'fall from the bottom to the top' instead of 'fall from the top to the bottom.'

Er, also @TheGreatfox and everyone else, I didn't pay any mind the first time I did this, but umm.. After attempting that Paste in Notepad achievement, do what it says!

Hot+cold coffee rooms=duplicate window or open in another window. jump off the hot coffee room for the cold coffee room. Don't tell jack:)
