Just got it in under 200 :J Actually clicking the Hint? button takes you to a page that's relatively specific for the various achievements. I use Up Down Left Right B A for Too Much Contra; it looks like Achievement Unlocked is using a shorter form of the Konami Code. It's possible the 300sec achievement is for 300sec /total/, over multiple playthroughs.

At the start point, jump in the launcher, and fall to the bottom without stoping, it's hard but simple.

left-right, up-down, space, clik in, scroll.

To make a screenshot press the screenshot-button up in the right corner. On some keyboards you will maybe have to press shift or something.

Haha, fun game, probably if i invest enough time into trying could get 240, but kinda too much work, haha. 286 after a couple tries, that's all i wanted, under 300 XD. Also to take screenshot press the Prt Sc button on the top right of your keyboard, then open MS paint and paste.

Contra doesn't seem the work twice. If you type contra and then complete the game, the next time you restart it, you won't be able to type contra, you'll have to reload the game completely.

We Have Liftoff doesn't seem to work...
it works, see for number 02, if you touch it 2 times - that achievement wont work.
