yeah, i dont see what's so great about it, everyone's like "oh, awesome game" "5/5" "brilliant" but i just dont see whats so great about sticking a few needles into peoples arms, cutting open their hands, making their blood go everywhere etc. what's so great about this game?

I loved the first two and I love this one. It's funny how the computer tries to kill you so you can save more people.
