TO EVERYBODY WHO IS COMPLAINING THAT YOU CAN'T SLOW DOWN HEALTH LOSS: USE SEDATE IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER! (Sorry for caps but all there are so many people outside complaining without even looking for a possibility)

This game is by far the worse of the whole series. Graphics are better but that does nothing for the game play. You can even slow down people's health loss, beat the timer and win. Horrible.

The reason for the final surgery is because the person was trapped by the computer to do surgeries against his will. At least, thats why i thought he had to cut his arm off, because the needle was what was trapping him.

For those who say the sedate button doesn't help, you're supposed to click it and insert the syringe into one of those tiny boxes that appears in the lower middle of the screen.
Good game, needs badges, and too easy. Fun though. 4/5.

the game is very short, and the sedation is too powerful and poorly explained. If you sedate your patients, it's tough to fail. If you don't it's tough to win. Basically, balancing is horrible, so it makes the game hard to enjoy. Not to mention that the flow is destroyed by the computer speaking. Poor. 2/5

Could anyone explain me the motivation of the player to log out? I fail to note the malice of the machine. Maybe is it planning to bring the world a second Hitler? Or what?

The story concept here is very interesting after the final surgery but agreeably, there should have been more and harder surgeries. The concept reminds me of the movie eXistenZ... good flick for those who enjoy psychological films!!!

I just don't get the reason for the final surgery. Also, too few levels... and a bit too easy.
But besides that, is pretty well done. 3/5

Meh, repetitive compared to 1 and 2, and the surgeries are shorter. Also the whole computer thing throws the atmosphere off, I wish the author kept with the older story.

it is a challenging game, but it's hardly impossible
instead of showing you exactly what you have to do, it gives you a basic instruction at each step then you have to use the visual cues to figure out what exactly you need to do
it's a matter of trial and error before you get everything down to the point where you can complete a surgery
it takes skill and patience

ok ummm sux to be you guys cuz sedate works for me
it could be you all think it raises health, but it slows down how fast health drops(a lot)

Possible glitch but no way of telling the author: you can access the other missions without doing missions 1. Go to the locations of the missions before doing mission 1 and they're accessible. Just thought I'd share.
