As for the fact health isn't refilled. it's random, probably a glitch nothing you can do about other than restart, die, or travel to another town. It rarely happens so it isn't too much of a hassle + the game lets you start of where you were with no pentalties.
I happen to like the game the glitches are a bit more than a minor problem though.

For those who are leaving cities with low health. Take the armor off (or switch with a lower level one) and put it back on. Or add or remove a party member. That what I do and it seems to work ninty-five percent of the time

lol i got a glitch that mad me automatically win the game when i went to travel all of them said undifiend instead of their names and when i went to the store it said the same thing. i bought 1 cloth and a scene came up and said i was the wealthiest man in all the towns

Very addictive fun game but there is too many bugs during traveling. I have to reset the game and go back to the last town which gets really annoying.

i have the vanguard ship, and i have a full party, with good armor and weapons, and i still cant conquer a town. I always die. Are there any tips?

Good game but glitchy as hell. Tried attacking a city but my caravan just kept going right past my destination. I would try to battle another caravan and I wouldn't get attack options. Definitely needs a lot of technical work.

Go to the achievements tab and it should unlock. Most of them require this to work

this is the only armor game which has sucked at all

And another glitch, I died, then when I went back to my game and continued, I had -4 hp when the game started and died from the first damage I took.

i did the same thing that sangvo did, but wat happened was that I was basically at the city (my arrow on the map) and it goes towards the town and away from the town constantly, so its an everlasting trip.

Nonetheless, I think it is an awesome game, yet the glitches and bugs are frustrating :(

Good game but it gets repetive after a while. Once you got a Vanguard and 4 crew members it's basically auto attack and win (90% of the times)
