my advise for beating the game is to save up for that 4 wheel cart then look for the cheapest diamonds in the differant towns and for about 1300 u can get a vessal

good game, although plz fix the freaking the trailing mercenaries have found you glitch, when they find you occasionally u cant attack, flee, autofight or anythin

My only criticism is that after you invest some time into the game, the enforcers can take everything you have and leave you with nothing. Without money or items to sell, the game is pretty much over. I wish the game would leave you with somehow to continue on.

Does anyone else feel like they are beta testing here? Games has a solid concept, but is rather buggy and terribly slow. Though some of the bugs are amuzing at least. The names FORMAT, <TEXTFORMAT.

pretty fun. i glitched alot lol. but its okay. a bit too easy to become unbeatable. i suggest saving up to buy the big ship first thing

About achievements not saving; this is likely due to Flash settings on your computer, particularly if you play a LOT of games on Kongregate. You may have to change the security settings to allow it to store more data on your machine.

gay i was getting tired of fight al the peole because i have the best everything
so i found a person walking trying to fight me. i fled and i couldn't then i get hit like a 100 by a person walking and a lose the battle GAY

lol i know a glitch.. if u r carrying black markets stuff and get stopped by enforcers click battle and when the sign that says somthing like "this will effect your reputaion" go and click go behind that screen and you will bypass that enforcers

great game but there r so many bugs tht its not even worth it, practically beat the game and it gave me no option in a fight, so i had to refresh and it restarted it on me when i need only like 10 more in game achievements, so stupid, besides the bugs, 5/5

@goontra, this should not be banned. the whole point is forcing to player to make an active choice, be a decent person and make smaller, but honest amounts of money, or push illegal products and fight the law, normal people, and even other thieves like you for fast cash? honestly I think trying to progress through the buccaneer quest is very difficult because you don't really have anyone you can't fight. I think the message of this game is something more like 'hard and honest work is easier in the long run than turning to a life of crime', and that's something every kid should learn.

Good game, but takes a long time to become good at it. Took me 57 days before I got a cart, and after that it became more fun and exciting.

Quick Guide--- 4pts in Attack, 2 in Defense recommended. Buy the 50 gold weapon and 100 gold armor. Click TRAVEL, look at nearby towns for a low to medium good that will make you a decent profit (20% is pretty decent). Then, buy all you can of that good, travel to the new location and sell the stuff. Enroute, fight any ONE bandit, but run from more than 1.--- Repeat this process until you have 20,000 gold. Travel to a town with Cheap Diamonds (under 10,000), and buy 1 diamond, 10 cloth. Then go to vehicle and you can upgrade to the BEST vehicle in the game! Now, continue buy/sell, and be sure to HELP people laying in the road. They will give you cash and join you for free. As you do, equip them with adequate weapons/armor and you can then beat up baddies (or goodies) as needed.

@snarerushjunkie: Yes i have killed about a billion virtual enemies in countless games on kongregate. But that's not my point: In this game the best way to make a profit is by trading drugs and killing cops and hounest merchants. Again... ehwww.

Game should not have even been considered for achievments yet. Shouldn't have left the alpha stage, even. Shit sucks.
Example: Between towns I ran into a buccaneer party without any health to fight BUT no flee button either. I could press go and watch my and their party walk against eachother indefinitely,however. Finally I clicked battle and the screen fades to black and... THEN TO GAME OVER. While I was low on health,I saw what damage was done and it was NOT enough to kill me. Like I said, Shit sucks.
