The hourglass level is super hard in the second part of the game. I continuously had to jump and move slightly to retrieve my past selves coming toward me as well as the ones that were spawning at the very place I stood. The overall difficulty was perfectly suited to all players' abilities; frustrating to people who don't get it at all, challenging to people that just started and actually understand, and easy for the experts. The graphics were fantastically simple, the game play was superb, and the philosophical commentary made a whole lot of sense, unlike many other games of this category that sometimes are a little off base. Overall, I give it the highest rating I can give.

"When people say you can't escape your past, I beg to differ. You can. I just won't." The only reason he won't is because he saw a dead end.

So, he decides to run away from his memories, and then for some odd reason goes, "You know what? I'm sick of this" and decides to DESTROY his memories, and then ends up back at the beginning and wants to run from memories again...

Utterly amazing game, the game play was unique and challenging and the philisophical commentary was thought provoking. I loved the second part of the game, playing against yourself as you play against yourself was quite entertaining. A few times I had to sit there and think to myself "omg, how am I going to manage this one?" yet I didn't find it overly frustrating. The music felt perfectly placed as well. The controls would sometimes spaz out on me, but I don't know if that was the game or my system. Overall masterfully done.

it's awsome that you can stop moving and the past selfs will stop as well so you can plan your next move . 5/5 and to favorites

The music is absolutely wonderful and it complements the overall energy of the game perfectly. This is a prime example an intelligent, artistic flash game. If only we had a category for artistic games... (Before you shoot it down realize "It always gets shot down" is not a valid argument against, considering that's the only reason it seems to get shot down now.)

This game is incredible in that it requires some of the most precise timing ever seen in a game, and yet it isn't fast paced. It gives you time to think about it and get it right. It would be darn near impossible otherwise. The wall jump is very buggy and a source of major frustration, though, sometimes kicking in and making my character jump the entirely wrong way when near a ledge, as in, a dropoff, not a wall. This bug really takes a lot out of it for me.

I think this is the only time I've ever learned profound life lessons hands-on in a game. the vast majority of actions I saw as mistakes the first time around became huge blessings when I was looking at them with the eyes of experience. I only had one "mistake" I ever regretted, and it was a matter of inconsistency more than failure. ...and I love how the text is the same (backward, line for line) on the return trip--it makes it that much more awesome. :)

monkey, the followers are the game, if you take them out, it is a semi-decent story with very very boring game play, and little point

very stupid to have the followeres stop when you stop and you shant have to die when you touch them kinda good idea bad folow up would work as regular platform game (without f***ing followeres) i expect better from kongregate

Alexx3 I believe it is known as the walk of life, not the walk of "live". Please do not write some essay on life when you don't even know how to spell it correctly. How old are you? (the lol suggests preteen) Do you really think you 'know' anything about life? I understand these questions shall remain rhetorical, but please I beg, if you are pretentious twat about to write anything pertaining to the meaning of life (unless you say it is 42) please refrain.

sorry but I find this really boring, I can't belive it gets so many crazy responses.
come on people, it's not because it's weird that it's good. (although that's kind of the opposit of what I normally think)

''Hug the wall'' Lol. Anyways, this is a really nice game, and i think it is so nice because of the thoughts i have with this. From my opinion the maker tried to make the ''walk'' of live.
All the thing's in your journey through your live, will effect the things u later do, In the begin you don't know the answer's, but the farther you walk, the more expierince get, And then you will be able to bypass your older steps, Even if you need to make One Step Back.
5/5
