I particularly love how the second half of the game incorporates the game's message perfectly. Every 'mistake' you made end up causing you to go an extra mile to retrieve your past selves later on. There's this one level where I jump from a high place to get to the floor below; resulting in an epic coordination to catch my past selves midair twice perfectly. Then there's the music which I find highly appropriate to the theme.

to call these controls "floaty" would be a gross understatement, and collision detection is sometimes barely present. it hardly deserves a 4.0 rating. 2.5 would be more appropriate.

crouch ability, better jump ability, double jump ability, shift ability, anything else would make the game slightly easier anb more enjoyable

Very annoying that halfway across on your way back you discover that the game became impossible to finish because you followed a path that makes it impossible to catch all your past selves.

I felt that running back-and-forth in a small space to increase the time was kind of cheating, but it might have been the only option at certain points in the game. I like the trick you pulled in the end of such a challenging game.

Beautiful concept and art direction. Clunky and frustrating to control. This game is tricky to rate, due to loving the idea, yet feeling let down by the execution. 4/5

I was goping to give it 4 stars, then the door turned yellow and giving no spoilers I can safely say its worth the full 5 stars!

This is what happened to the guy in Give Up after he finally yields to Tass' psychological torture. Consumed with bitterness and regret, he becomes trapped by the thought of what he could have done, and spends the remainder of his life behind the cushioned white walls of an asylum.

For those having a hard time with the 2nd half of the game, here are two tips. First, if you went through the stage the first time and did a loop at ANY point, go to that point, and collect all your clones that initially come through the door and the ones that come through to complete the loop, and stay there until only the clones coming from the door are left, and THEN collect the clones as you head toward the door, which means you don't have to collect clones over tricky parts. For example, in the hourglass stage, I initially fell down the center, went up the left, and then traveled across the top to exit. When I went back, I just stayed up top, and jumped up and down on the top-left part of the hourglass and collected all the clones there, and then went up and left through the entrance. The second tip is you move faster than your clones, so even if you miss one it is possible to "forward track" and catch it. I hope this helps people.

Stupid game...they should've made the levels symmetrical as I can't catch myself in the second half due to not being able to make some jumps.

a good way to finish lvls is to jump in the same place until a copy appears, then move a little bit, and star jumping again, repeat the process until the door is loaded

This is just me venting. I really f*cking get annoyed at this goddamn game. The one level I've been stuck on for at least ten f*cking minutes and I just want the one badge. What the hell.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to make the 'jump in the opposite direction when you reach a ledge' needs to take one step back and reflect about how that could possibly be a good idea.

That's twice now where the game has screwed me first time I got to the orange part it got so laggy I could not even play then got a few levels in the orange part and now it freezes to where I can't even kill myself to respawn...I'm not playing it a 3rd time....

Turns out if you jump in place then move a tiny bit and jumpy again.... Repeat as needed.... This game is actually quite easy
