Tips: The collision detection seems a little off on the elephant's front foot. If you think you are getting killed at weird times, look at the kill screen. It will show you the elephant's last position.
Jumping takes time to get in the air. Don't jump and move right away. Jump, pause, then move.
I had the most trouble with the stars. It got better from there.
Geese will kill on the head, not the tail. Learn which geese will kill you if you are standing still.
The pillars on the ceiling are passable at the tip. If you see two pillars touching, error going too high.

tbh, the bagde pretty much ruined the game, playing on insane is sooo not fun, even tho lower difficults are fun... should have made easy bagdes..
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's doable on insane, but it takes a lot of luck to not get an uninterrupted floor of birds, or a solid wall of pillars. It could've done with some checks to make sure the map it throws at you is actually passable. Honestly though, mostly people are just getting worked up because they're trying it on a difficulty setting they wouldn't otherwise touch...

The programming is pretty sloppy. The only thing i liked about the game is the fact that you can lose even after you finish a scene. Nice "Oh Yes Oh No" effect. Anything more then 2/5 would be an offense to all developers out there who make good games.

Personally Im a big fan of John's game, but with the badge on this, its just ridiculous =/ Actually puts me off playing

Hate the pillar stage in insane. Agree with the others about the up and down pillars forming an impossible to win scenario. That's just bad programming

I give this a 2/5 and I think that's pretty generous. The hitboxes are just awful, half the time I die, I could fit another star between me and the one that supposedly stopped me. And loud irritating music, without a mute button, automatically makes a bad game.

its full of bugs glitches miscalculations
the hitbox are all messed up
the placement of stuff its all messed up
already like 20 times i found myself in a wall of birds or pillars

Oh my... This game was funny and enjoyable until i played Insane mode... And it was really INSANE... Just too much luck based for me. The easiest was probably plane level. After 191 tries I finally got badge... And yes, it's SO frustrating >>. But hey, don't lower this game rating, it's still can be fun (on lower difficulties of course).

hate this game
hate the controls
it doesnt work as it should
its not hard do dodge stuff
its hard to stay in the place where you want to be
Its not about how dificult the stage is... its about how hard its to control and get the elephant to where you want it

What's wrong with the "physics" of this game? You can pick it up with a bit of practice. To those criticizing the feel, what exactly should controlling a double jumping crowd surfing elephant feel like? The levels are only a few seconds long because you're meant to die and retry.

Lets try this again....and again.....oh wait and again. For those really really really wanting the badge then go for it. It has replay value, but not the kind we like.

please give option to use space bar for jump.......my right hand hurts and i am very agitated, besides that its not too bad just requires combo of luck and skill

Ever play Achievement Unlocked? Ever play This Is The Only Level? Well... hmm. Elephants. They all have rocky controls purposefully, to add to the element of challenge. If the music bothers you, mute your sound. Don't flame too much about some darn well unique games.

A lot of people are complaining about the controls. I think they mean to say that the physics sucks. It just doesn't "feel right," which should be any good game designer's goal. It should not be difficult because of a bad physics engine, it should be difficult because of the task at hand. When the "controls" become an issue, you realize your game is not so hot.
Challenging, yes, but for the wrong reason.

681 Continues. The insane setting is 90% luck and 10% skill. How are you supposed to get by levels that are COMPLETELY blocked by obstacles?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
it takes serious talent to make a game with such terrible gameplay so endearing. i can't help but love it despite the fact that i couldn't play it more than 5 minutes.

Time to list everything sh*tty about this game. The elephant walks like he has down syndrome. Obstacles are often impossible to pass. You keep moving to the left side of the screen even though you're not slowing down. I keep dying when nothing even hit me. THE F*CKING MUSIC. You move to the left of the screen SLOWER when you push the left button!? No way to know how far you've progressed in the current challenge. You can still f*cking die when you're done with the challenge and youre on the map screen because of bugs. SOMEHOW i beat the game, 256 continues.

Hah great game. Though mute would be nice. I started getting really ticked and the music just made it worse. but great game

you know since elephants can't jump, i never would have thought that this one could double jump. lol. DO A BARREL ROLL!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If you play this game, you will enter an entire new realm of frustration! This game is really the epitome of a designer thinking that frustrating is fun. 1/5.

The pillar level has areas that you cannot pass.
Congrats to Armor Games for acquiring naked pictures of Greg playing Warcraft, because there is no other way this game would have badges.

For people having trouble - the hitboxes on most of the objects are smaller than they appear, so don't jump without needing to. Second, the first jump has a really low arc and the double jump can send you really high if you do it quickly. Do it slowly, and you can hover at that low arc for a second for when you actually need to jump over something.

Hard but not impossible. Took me about 15 minutes give or take a few. The police car and the beachball are bye far the hardest. I love the game though.

101 continues, most of them on the first part with the spikes. Oh and the pillars need some work with making sure that you can get past them always. On try #94 or something like that, I almost made it though except the last two pillars were touching, making it physically impossible to get through.
