Same issues as "Doodle God". Nothing seems to have changed other than the title and a few elements despite the many comments asking for improvements and variety in gameplay.

This game is the entertainment equivalent of riding a unicorn down a mountain, while drinking out of a goblet filled with the laughter of children. 5/5.

don't believe the online walkthroughs. they have an updated version that has more combos than the kongregate version and has 107 elements instead of 100. they work but just skip the ones that don't. i think they were missing poison from there as well which is tobbaco +coffee.
ps also try out mechanism + sex.
