if it wont work but it has fully loaded right click where the play button would be and look for an option that says play.

right click on the screen beside the ad and click play when the white "menu" box shows up

If it loads but there's no Play button... I've had the same. Then I right-clicked on the flash panel next to the Doodle God ad. My "video" was set to "loop". After clicking "play", I could play, but there were no achievements - I've repeated this for the easy badge four times on two machines now. I'll complete again, then report it as missing achievements+bug.

@Chainsaw24: Once loading hits 100%, just right-click, select Play, and you're good to go. Although it would be nice to play the game w/o having to do so.
