Using Paladins, maxed Revive, maxed Black Market, and maxed Brotherhood... Is it possible to make money by letting things die?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
my game froze on the 14th mission... twice. After that the upgrades seemed to be refusing to work (income was very slow!). Still nice concept - keep going!

@drakan I may be wrong about the IV specifically, but they definitely DID become shortened over what the romans used. btw, when did this sink to name calling?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@yaykitties actually the Romans never used the IV, IX, ect. That's something added later, I'm guessing to save space for carving on tombstones and monuments and things like that.

Game glitched, can't move the screen, nor can I move any units/select any spells. Tried to pause/resume, and upon resuming, the pause screen stayed up, so I couldn't even build units, but the units I had continued attacking.

The romans themselves may actually have written IIII instead of IV. I could be wrong but I think IV (and IX) are not historically accurate.

If are maxed and loose attacking units, max out again with only the taxmen then ressurrect fighters to go over cap limit.

Archers only. Once you max out he crit for your archers and the base damage, nothing else needs to be build, just chain them out the gates.

Great game! I feel like the speed is fine (IMO), but I think the spell icons could be in a better place or attached to some hotkey (maybe I'm missing it?), I decided to run high hp/regen/heal for my initial build and it can be very annoying dragging a low cooldown/cost spell to the desired units and often causes me to scroll off to the left if I overshot it even a little which can be crippling when it's crunch time toward the end of a match.
It would also be amazing if I could at least give groups of my units simple guidance to particular structures/enemies.

Love Magisty and this game is pretty good. For those who think the game is too slow, you know you can pick up units with the mouse and move them anywhere on the screen right?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
where is the strategy?? just dragging for gold and spamming the right combination of units.. no group control or formation whatsoever.. 3/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Don't know if its supposed to be this way, but you can drag your army around, even quick farm with the taxmans, by just dragging them with your mouse to a house, then drag him back to the castle.

It's a shame that it shows so much promise when the speed of the game prohibits much fun from being had. It literally feels as though the game is playing at 10~20FPS, but is meant to be 60.

2/5 - Lacks a speed up, hot keys that actually work, the ability to select difficulty, the ability to dismiss characters (but has a character cap).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@darzog11: thanks - but actually it doesn't ask me what difficulty i want to play, so i guess there's a bug here for me
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Correction; after you've beaten a few levels, it looks like picking the difficulty is an option even before you've beaten the level.

Hot keys would be nice. The balance at end game is far too easy. The pace of upgrades is comfortable and grinding can be done without too much discomfort. More levels, more difficult enemies, different types of enemies could all be good update ideas. I enjoyed the graphics and really liked being able to grab and drop units.

Looks nothing like Majesty :/ and the intro 'FUNNY GAMES FUNNY GAMES FUNNY GAMES FUNNY GAMES FUNNY GAMES' is horrible
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@muminpappa: once you beat an area, if you click on it to play again, it will ask you which difficulty you want to play.

DESPERATELY needs a speed up button. Seems like it might be an interesting game, but 20 minutes a level is ridiculous
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Some way to refund your upgrades would be nice. I personally like to try different strategies in this kind of game, and it seems I have to keep my choices no matter what.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is unplayably slow. It's like the dev even made it deliberately slow. Game should be like twice as fast by default, then add a speedup button to double that. And what's with the 3/4 second delay between each line of progress report? The game is either broken and needs to be fixed, or is an idle game in disguise.
