OH You know what would be cool a zombie virus it makes the population live longer but they buy less stuff because zombies don't need much also they get a boost in war and there's a chance that killed enemys turn into zombies adding to your population

I'm actually enjoying this game so far! I'm interested to see what comes next. And I'd like to second the problem with population tanking down to 1000 for seemingly no reason. At first I thought it was because of medicine somehow, but it's happened when I was out of medicine, so I'm not sure.
Aside from fixing that bug, I'd like to see wars expanded, and I'm looking forward to laws! Good job!

Was using my bonus years watching my population fluctuate and out of no where 1 million people go missing... Did I get nuked or worse..... ALIENS?!?!?!

We should have policy control as well, i.e. too many people, young or old, time for a culling. People not contributing to society kill em. or some such. we could even have less severe stuff as well. but the fact is we are in charge of a world let us take charge

I have way too much gold, wood, tools, and cars. None of the achievement bonuses are worth anything to me, because I have so much resources I could just buy more buildings if I needed more workers to be there.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
My major concern is the massive die-offs. Population outstrips food, stops making cars. This makes food production plummet, so they die off more and stop producing tools, which makes the production plummet even more. The population nosedives 50% and takes a tremendous time to rebuild, then does so catastrophically quickly once the tools and cars are being produced again, and here we go again . . . I've basically stopped producing those resources, which has crippled the high-tier options for me.

A very interesting idle game, very different from how the genre's been progressing and I love it. Idle games should be idled, come back hours later and you'll see significant progress. Most other idles are upgrade hounds, continuously sit there and purchase upgrades asap, go away for 5 minutes and progress stops. A very nice change of pace. 5/5 :)

Weird, suddenly lost 39million some-what population down to 1000 and these must be vampire lords or something because their age is approximately 20,000

Suggestions for laws:
Polygyny - increased reproduction rate and soldiers; Monogamy - balanced reproduction rate; Polyandry - reduced reproduction rate and soldiers.
Civil Rights - workers are assigned to jobs randomly.

so.... after i send my men off to war, they just take their weapons and run off into the countryside after they win? :/
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Huh, kind of wicked easy to lose all 100 Mill of your people by not paying attention to war.
I kind of like that, honestly.

lol shift+click is new window, which is probably worse than new tab. Thanks for the change, though! try alt+click. I don't think that's a shortcut for anything.

Humanity build your own farms don't wait for me to do it.
on a side note : alright idle game though not very colorful add a world view showing where are the population is currently at in spreading over the world something kinda like how the game afterlife showed the earth view population:

this is just my opinion.

A population pyramid simulator! this is awesome! From a developer's perspective I completely understand making it into an idle game and charging for fast/forward options, but I wish it could just be that fast and you could see real time the long term impact of your decisions!
Very cool game!
Actually, if you hold on for a few hours, you get bonus years also and can run it fast. (But keeping the game active gets you further compared to bonus years. Bonus years give really quick feedback)

why does it say "men" and "women" in the demographic?
A male hare is a Jack, or Buck, and a female one is a Doe.
Considering the breeding rates, I am pretty certain I am leading a nation of anthropomorphic bunnies.

Big problem With this update...the Farms no longer produce enough food, I can barely work any of my other building now, had to reduce all of the settings to 10-20%, and lost over 100 million Population.
Sorry about this, it probably is related to rebalancing to make it a bit more challenging. As you had reached very far, try to get used to a bit smaller number of people. It is all preparation for wars!
It happened because there were many upgrades for farm production. This caused situation that very very few people had to work in farms to create a huge unemployed workforce. Now it is more challenging to get enough people to fill workplaces.

be good to see a help pop up for each building type maybe with what it does and how much per person working it produces

When there is high population and high increase/decrease of pop. Inc/Dec number jumps to new line creating such a blinking that hurts eyes.

I have a strong feeling that production rate of farms drops once I have negative income on cars. Instead of dropping when I have negative income of cars and 0 spare cars in stock.
No, it should be when your stock is empty and negative production. Buy if that happens, it will drop quite a lot. One fun strategy to kill a lot of people is to do something that all workers go away from car factories and tool factories.. Drip is huge :p
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Poor poor workers. Now 10 workers should fit and manage to do something on their one square meter of medicine factory workplace... I wonder if they can do this physically.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Quite fun. Seems it is much better not to produce medicine, then there will be bigger working population percent and less hungry throats.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can't uderstand how it's possible.... i was in positive production on everything.... like 5K+ food.... and suddently -10K food production, lost everything.... it's stupid

Great, now it opens a whole new window! Haha.

Looks to be an exciting prospect. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Also worth the money to get those extra years. Keep it up
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There should be some connection between food production/cars and tools. I have 100+mil people with no cars, no medicine, no tools. only farms... Seriously, there should be some constraint for all this. I don't see civilized society living without tools or cars. How about limiting territory?
You could earn a LOT more money if you use cars, medicine and tools. With latest updates cars and tools will give a lot more bonuses to food and wood production, so much faster expansion. Medicine increases max life expectancy around 20 years
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like the idea of this game, wish you could put a cap on your population more definitely though so your people don't continue to starve themselves and then immediately overexpand over and over. Also please remove the "bonus years" and just leave in the fast forward button >.> I'm not paying $2 to be able to fast forward for another like 5 minutes, when I ran out of bonus years all motivation to continue playing dissipated
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This becomes more of an idle game when you're 100k+ years in and even more so when you run out of bonus/fast forward years.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It feels like wood is too low a drop, especially with the price ($828,000 for my 162nd?!!), to keep up with the demands for all the buildings. And food is always in the red. Little depressing to have the world population graph take huge waves of people to death as the food runs out, only to have them somehow breed up again. And yeah, doesn't feel very idle.
