Try to make a hummer rocket.
1) Max out everything related to hull strength
2) As much trust as you can get
3) DO NOT buy anything related to less fuel consumption
4) DO NOT buy wings for agility
5) And NO air resistance decrease
Voila you got yourself a tricky to steer son of a b*tch, that costs you more then just a good space shuttle and it sucks.

LMAO. I hit a plane while I was boosted by a slip stream which knocked me nearly upside down. I recovered and as I was starting to gain altitude again the plane came barreling from off the screen back into me!

This is a good game, but the maneuverability of the rocket is pretty poor. It's especially aggravating with the highest hull upgrade.

This game blows, I'm fully upgraded on everything, have a ton of cash left over - wasted, and still can't beat the damn thing. F.U.

Could use some combination of stronger hulls, less objects, less damage, a wider view, or radar.
At high speed, with the close camera and the relatively poor maneuverability, you're going to hit stuff. Pulling the camera back would be the best fix, as you'd still be responsible for dodging things, instead of relying on a stronger ship to tank its way through.
This is an ok take on a genre that's hard to be original in. I like the art and music.

the controls are so crappy, even if you upgrade maneuverability all the way, you still don't have sufficient control of the rocket to avoid object because you can't see them early enough. FAIL on this point.

The fun of games in this genre is that you launch absurd things into space, launching a rocket into space is far too reasonable to be fun

Person 2: I don't really see how this is relevant to the mission.
Person 1: But sir, ALIENS!
Person 2: Report back when you have some USEFUL information, like how we are doing in launching a rocket which has already been done hundreds of times.

It was a well made game. I did not rate it very high though because it didn't bring anything new and some things were implemented poorly.
