Okay, so you knew already at the beginning. I was always wondering how to get those missiles. I never saw them in the shops until now.

Had an escort contract ship that was almost to the destination decide to go kill a ship that was almost an inch away from the target station - the 'enemy' ship was flying to another station and not fighting anyone.

I managed to get two deliver fuel contracts for the same place, by accepting a contract, going to the map screen, and going back into the station. Happily, when I sell some of the ordered fuel, it only fills the first contract, not both.

About score - try list box at the top of the list, it should show other statistics.
Btw, it seems that for some reason new results of high-ranked players stopped registering on the leaderboard. Dunno why :/

And yes, I will release it as a separate game once all things in my check list (except "sequel" part of it) will be done. I'll announce it here, of cause. But that thing will be feature-freezed, while this instance will continue to be a place to try new things.

I think, it was only about a day or two since I moved map icon. It was not easy for me to get used to new place too, but I think it's where it belongs. It's most important button in the interface, and putting it in far corner with rarely used buttons was wrong.

Something is odd about how achievements are working, in the Kongregate side of things. It's showing me stuff like this - You set a high score in Void 98662 (Money) - it used to be counting the number of achievements done.

One change I am having the hardest time adjusting to still, and it's been days since the change was made, is how you moved the map symbol. When you are within a station, it use to be on the left hand side of the window, on the row of symbols there and the furthest towards the center. Now it's across to the right side of the screen. Almost every time I try to leave a station (and that's a lot of times!) I still accidentally open up the Guide because it's where I think leaving the station is.

As a sidenote, I remember when I started playing this, the average vote was 2.97, that was what I'd seen it at when it finally had enough votes to be ranked. It's steadily ranked upwards and is now at 3.22 (mentioned only because in a few weeks or later someone might be reading the old comments and wonder how much progress it has made since then)

Don't think any of us playing with you find it rediculous. You have a living, rapidly evolving game here, most of us who are wondering anything are wondering how to get this game the attention and recognition it deserves. I do urge you to consider releasing it as a new game one of these updates (and tell us here that you have! Cause I used to check the new games each day and I don't always do that anymore) That should give you a chance to be met and played by a new crop of gamers who can evaluate the game as it deserves to be seen - as a game that is not the same as this one was when you first opened the gates for us.

*laughs* Some players actually like playtesting. A few like it just as much as they like playing a polished, fully fixed up and released game. Usually I am one of this sort, and you are interactive enough that playing your game and reporting things that seem right and wrong about it is all equally enjoyable :)

Oh, wow! The Black Brotherhood? All this time I considered them just another faction (after all, they seem to function just like any other faction, they cannot even blow each other up and you can even join them for the same price as the other stations). Glad to know, cause I thought that the Black Brotherhood would be really hard to distinguish from the pirates if I ever did see any!

Ohh! Been meaning to ask this - The game mentions pirates, unaffiliated dark purple ships which are worth more to kill. I've never seen one, do they really exist? Any tips for encountering one of these deadlies?

2Darkruler2005 Currently no, but switching to inventory and back (by pressing "I" twice, for example), will center map on your ship.

it's actually kind of cool they're chasing your escort from that distance but it unfortunately it locks up your map movement as well

This is weird: I am being attacked while having an escort, but I can't see a single opponent in range. What does this mean? If it really is an attack, then I don't think it's fair.

i'm seeing a glitch where if you deliver 2 packages to the same station you only receive 1 completion message, but both show up in the log as successfully completed.
if you deliver 3 packages to the same station you get 2 completion messages.
also sometimes "change faction" appears twice in the station screen.

Uhm, how about if you could join a 'looting group' and go around together simply destroying other ships. The mission ends when everyone in your group is destroyed or you die.

Err, I didn't check the limit of 3 ;P. Happens I have 7 others and 3 escorts, and started to see the message about escorts when I expected to see the message about 10 missions. Sorry! And the message does say 3 escort missions.... sorry, eyes still healing from having bled before? *grins and hides*

More on the multiple escort bug/feature. If you have 10 contracts and try to take another escort mission, then and only then will the game tell you that you are only allowed 1 escort mission at a time. Otherwise, if you have 10 missions and try to take anything other then escort as an 11th mission you see the 'only 10 missions at once' message. However, all 10 of your current missions could be escorts if you wished.

It is again possible to do more then one escort mission at once. This change is not in the update notes, but I am hoping it's intentional? I enjoyed having a train of escorts following me back when that was possible ;P

I absolutely love the new presentation of weapons for sale. That really was the one thing I disliked at all about this game :). Started a new game (I start each version from the beginning again ;P), got to the station, and looked down the list - I don't have a feel for the numbers yet, but look at that list! Everything similiar is grouped; I can find everything easy, I can compare easy - already my eyestrain is fading, and it's already been just a few seconds!

Problem is that you can't attack your own color:) Contracts on your own faction could be fun, though, because it would require changing to some other faction. But I think it would be too confusing for players.

IDEA -- Offer bounty missions, which would be assassination missions for your own faction but with a really powerful enemy to compensate for the lack of enemy factions bearing down on you.

Err, if you don't buy it it will disappear, I mean. You are able to use the good they have for sale to fill the contract (or part of it) if you buy it.

Re the delivery mission materials appearing and disappearing bug - take a delivery contract. Do not immediately fill the order - fly around to at least four other stations (ten+ to almost gaurentee it will occur). Then go to the station that wants the goods. When you get there, this station will have a quantity of the desired good for sale. You are able to buy this - but if you leave the base, open the inventory or personal screen, this good will 'disappear'.

I think I know what's the problem. Bots have about 20 repair skill now, which makes their droid triple more effective. I'll fix that.
