I played through almost the entire game without getting any souls because the enemy's levels were too low. I hardly ever used training fights, and I did the tournaments when I was about the same level as the monsters in it. From about the end of archfin and onwards I never touched the training, but still never got any souls, not even from bosses, because they were too low level compared to me...

need to be able to queue spells even if current mana not enough:if i lack 1 mana for a skill and i do a single attack i will replenish that but i cant queue that skill after a normal attack..

Maybe there should be a Rage mechanic imbedded just to break ties- Either the player or the computer (prefferably the player) consistantly starts getting +1 damage max/min per turn after 20 or something.... that way a tie is never a true tie, and you can progress in the game.

Jeez, i have been fighting this dragon for the last half hour. I can see why Lethal got a tie last time. I think /I/ might collapse before Lethal or the Dragon...

Fun game. The combination of large, multi-unit battles and personal combat is great. If I may make a suggestion:
1. A confirmation button when you press "auto move" in battle would be wonderful; sometimes I don't want to use a potion when I'm sure I could kill the opponent the next round.

The thing about this game is really plays like an idler but if you leave the screen, it waits for you to get back to continue. It's an excruciatingly unending grind...
With all that said, I do like it, story's good, game play is interesting with the robo-rallyesque moves but I just want to either skip the stupid animation(attacks) or be able to let it run while I do other stuff.

it would be nice if when you bought the alchemy building it showed up on the world map screen so u didnt have to scroll all the way back to the first island to buy a potion

Game is fun but has a lot of problems with it.
1. Fights are slow.
2. Boss battles are just insane compared to the other guys leading up to them.
3. Computer bosses using Regenerate is just stupid. Take a boss that has 7500hp. You need to do 2500 damage just to make up for the regeneration! Plus it lasts the entire fight until the boss stupidly cast something that removes it.
4. Far to many fights, game could be a lot more fun if you didn't have to go through 20 fights just to get to a castle.
5. Game doesn't seem to explain a lot. You sometimes end up searching for what you have to do to advance.
As I said, good game but it certainly needs a good clean up as well.

Heres a tip: (1) To siege you need to hit the unit cap by selecting a unit more then once. (2)Do practice areas until they stop giveing souls, and use these souls to upgrade your sword and mana. (3) Build the demonic skill tree until you have disease spell, and blood syphon if you want, then build the knight skill tree until you have Rampage. Now you should get the str boosts from knight tree and the mana boost from the other 2 trees. Now your ready to beat the game without even needing potions, congratz! (4) Combat strategy for bosses: use all 3 of your demonic spells for round 1 then use rampage and beat down or just blood syphon a bunch of times if you have it.

having problems loading saves. maybe it's a chrome thing, but i'm reluctant to have to go through the first 35 levels again in another browser if that's the case...

I've had a couple instances within the second country, with the earth elementals, that it opens up battles farther ahead than where I've gotten. The first time it only skipped one battle (it had two red circles right next to each other) but the second time I was at the first castle in that area and it opened up the dialogue circle with the werewolves, past both mountain castles.

almost beat the campain... but then the game jus went to an exclimation point and stopped working -.- was lvl 35 amwsome stuff and shit.... game gets a 2/5

lol found the shrine and then demolished every building on the map other then the unit producers ended up doing like 10k damage per attack

Nice premise but very repetitive. I got bored somewhere around the point when my character reached level 3. Am now quitting with the character at lvl 7 since absolutely nothing changed in the mechanics of the game except for the amounts of damage done to and by me.

Automove could be a bit more intelligent. I can one shot the enemy with my most basic spell, or I could hit it three times with my sword - automove fills the queue with sword attacks.

I'd suggest giving more souls for defeating the castles, or some way to obtaining more because it says I'm too high lvl half way through an island.

its a good game i must admit but all I'm asking is for the battles to be a little better like different finishing move, different death of u or the enemy is that so much to ask?
