@Jonny0panic, that's not your HP, it's your lives. If you got all your lives back each time you upgraded your ship, it would be pointless. You get one life back by upgrading your ship. Don't downrate a good game simply because you couldn't beat it.

Need a hint, buy just the flag upgrades then just the +4 cannon,then you should have no problem, How you get the money for it,is up to you.

The actual source of difficulty of this game is not the opponents, but the itsy-bitsy-tiny playing field without visible borders. How many lives have I lost trying to evade "up" and it just didn't move anymore. -.-

I got up to 99%, finished the last boss but died after from one of the last shots as it told me I got the medal for winning and winning without being hit =P

guys, stop saying which upgrade is best, because it depends on your skill, if youre really good at dodging you want power, or money, but if you suck at dodging you want rate or speed, also the bosses vary in what is most effective as well, the first boss is better to have loot, cause then youll actually get decent money, the second you wantfire rate cause then you can shoot as much as possible while the spheres attack you, for the fourth you want power to defeat it as fast as possible, and for the fifth you want speed to dodge the bullets +so no more people say "oh but speed is the best yupgrade"

I found a bug!
Fight the 3rd boss; Take him down, then enter Pause. The game should continue, and the boss will change into the final boss, and you'll be unable to continue, unless you enter then exit the shop.
You'll be forced to fight the last boss with the pause screen in your face.
Please fix this!

i found that this order of upgrades was most effective: 1. Loot/Magnet 2. Speed 3. Weapon 4. Fire Rate 5. Flag Upgrade
Once you've bought the highest level of everything sell your Loot/Magnet upgrade for the 3rd level flag upgrade. I just faced the thunder boss 7 times in the endless mode. perfected him 6 times. its the regular waves of ships that are the challenge once you have these upgrades.

wolfman, the best upgrade for the bosses is speed. with speed, you can easily dodge their projectiles. btw, for the best stats and upgrade path, just buy all 4 of the pirate flags, then the final level of the attack upgrade. buying only the max level of everything leaves you 2 short on attack, and 1 short on everything else.

To beat the second boss, stay as far away as possible when the circles are around his ship. It makes it easier to dodge them when they fly out. Zoom in close and shoot at him, then dodge the circles when they come back in. Repeat.

I'm at the second boss, and its ridiculously hard for me for some reason. Anyone can tell me what upgrades I should get for the best effect?

Excellent game. Simple yet complex. The only negative thing I can think of is the randomness of anchors. Sometimes I get 3 or 4 before the last boss, sometimes I get 0. It should be consistent, not random imo.
