got achievement yesterday, now gonna try for as much more weapons as i can- for people getting this badge, its not hard, its just time-consuming

Sound randomly disappearing forcing you to restart, kind of limited customization(due to bad balance...), the ranks on the side missions is hard to really get...
Overall the game feels unpolished, I like the concept and what the game tries to be, but there is just too much frustrating things in it, minor bugs etc...

Hardcore is REALLY annoying. The screen being too small not seeing the enemies firing at you, enemies suddenly appearing very close to you, some in game "cinematics" not allowing you to move(but enemy bullets still move and might hit you, have been killed trice that way), achievement window blocking stuff and nukes and other weapons also hiding enemy bullets...

I loved the last game but you blew it out of the park with this one. I was all like this is just basically an expansion pack for the first one AND THEN.........I went inside a boss. ;D AWESOME!

Revising rating from 5 to 3. Midway through the final mission, my homing missiles stopped being homing, instead choosing to just twist all over the place or go straight, ignoring enemies. The HUD stopped vanishing, and after using a nuke during the boss fight, the screen doesn't reset to show the larger space, leaving me with no choice but to get up in the face of the boss.

How to get medals at all when the biped keeps walking, sometimes, even if you stop pushing in that direction!? Some medals are impossible under such conditions :(

Same issue here re: hardcore device. Not sure what its talking about. Will probably need those to get the last medals I need for the hard badge.

Phew... just finished boss run without getting hit... I must say, it is an addicting game, but it needs more variety and a better plot. "Shoot and Kill" gets old after about 5 side quests. Nevertheless, a respectable game. 4/5

skill34, the shoulder weapon only achievement works, although I think you need to not even have a primary weapon (just click the one you have equipped to remove it)

i think muhlakai said it very well. i think the same way he does (I REALLY want to like this game a LOT. ...but I don't. The hangar upgrades are ftw and the controls are great, too. The problem is mostly in the mission structures. I have a hard time not feeling like every side mission is the same thing. "Kill the dots, smash the buildings, go to all of these waypoints." It doesn't matter if you call them intel, power supplies, etc. Civilians are a small and appreciated twist. I love everything about this game except playing it.) 4/5

Stars for side missions are based off of time and kills. (needless to say, for survival, just kills, and for secure, just time, for the rest, both)

pretty good game. bit laggy but for as indeth as it is that is kinda expected. havent seen a good mechwarrior spin off in awhile. 5/5

What happened to the screen? Before it was feature, the "show all" option still worked, but now it's not showing the entire screen... making this game unplayable.

For side mission medals: Don't get hit and destroy all enemies and buildings, even if it isn't the objective. Use the spider legs for dodgeing, the homing cluster for shoulder, and sometime spammable as the main weapon. I used big laser, but Vulcan may also work.
