Gameplay = fun, but repetitive, like most shooters. The fact that there was a need to dodge a lot was nice, but annoying at times, since your average boss had only 3x more health than the strongest unit in the level, so bossfights were relatively easy, while normal combat was relatively hard.
Story = boring. It's like you knew that no one really wanted to know and didn't make sure that it made sense. A few times the "intercom" during levels was cut off or even repeated. The federation were idiots not to see that one biting them in the ass...

"Pyrotechnics badge" does not score for me, Ive completed both a main mission and a side mission with only homing missiles fired, yet no badge :\

Little tip: you get stars in side missions based on how many enemies you kill: don't let any live, and if that's not enough try standing outside a factory killing the soldiers it spawns.

pretty much every side mission is based on time i have 3 stars on a lot of side missions and most of the time i didnt kill everyone

after you guys beat the game dont stop playing because ive only played about 10 min after i beat it and got about 20 more medals after you beat the game medals are really easy to get

found two major glitches that make winning with hardcore device easy. first, you don't actually have to beat the bosses you just have to get to them to get the victory badge. And on the final story mission start the mission by going left to exit the playing screen, you can then walk outside of the screen all the way around to where the boss is and just return to the screen for an easy last level

superback the missions really arent long enough to constitue needing checkpoints, if you're having difficulty, try a different configureation, or do some side quests to build more xp so you can do so.

it has some glitches, but a well designed, solid game witih great graphics for a flash game. RPG element a nice touch. 4/5, and I'm a tough grader.

Alblaka: you don't need get ALL 3 gold is same mission. Get gold for side missions, then get gold for killing all enemies, then run it again and ignore all enemies but the bosses. For the Rank-stars, you'll get gold only after BIG upgrades, like the while legs, homing cluster, azote chilling system, etc. Don't waste time trying get those at the start, just level up and unlock better gear.

Bug: As soon as you activate the Time Slowdown, you cant shoot over low walls anymore... dunno why, but bullets just explode instantly

Amazing game, very fun and high gameplay. The only problem with the game is the Survival mode, since ENERGY CELL + AZOTE CHILLING SYSTEM = shield on all the time, i.e., you never take damage, just hold space bar down... Aside from that, the game is easily 5/5.

you're gonna need the speedy legs (wait until white ones unlock) and DON"T FIRE unless against bosses.

Actually i'm neither able to get any Rank-Stars in the Side-Missions nor anything above bronce on the time thingy of the missions... Shouldn't it be possible to clear the 1st mission on gold WITH THE BASIC CONFIG...

wow i just beat boss run with hardcore device on ine one try... i leveled up 3 times and went up like 5 research levels and got about 8 medals

to "kill with rails", equip rail-type legs, (they look like tank treads), then RUN OVER the infantry. (running over infantry while controlling a mini-boss might also count)

Very nice game. Please add autofire for main gun, where mouse turns it off, or a button to toggle it on and off. Other than that, very nice.
