You need to spell out the victory conditions for the side missions clearly. Right now it's a guessing game as to how to earn the "rank" stars. If this crippling design fault gets fixed I may revise my rating.

I think there should be some multilayer version of this where you could be on a team and try to kill more enemies than another team or something like that.

Good game, but you should add statistics like: How much time i played and how many kills I have. It would be nice to know what should I do for ranks in side levels and also what time is needed in speed ranks.

one comment is spamming? gimme a break. but the only complaint i have is there doesnt seem to be guidelines as to what req are needed to get gold rank on side missions, its kind of a guessing game as to what the objective is, is it how fast you complete it or how thorough you kill everyone...

I just got the hard badge and gold star on every side mission. Speed is important for rank: you have to kill as much enemies as you can and complete the mission as fast as you can, usually in around a minute. My configuration was very fast legs, big lasers, light armor, homing clusters and azote cooling. For the survival, use autorecovery instead.

what's your configuration? Mine is : Big laser cannon, high caliber cannon, cockpit heavy white, gravity engine and legs spider white.

@Warathor: In the rescue missions the stars seem to be based on killing enemies rather than speed, for some reason. Same with the Intel missions.

5/5 one of the only FULL and FREE flash games anymore. I congratulate you for keeping the spirit of simple flash games alive. (Simple concept alot of work lol)

Gameplay 2/2,different types of levels keep it interesting. Fun 1.5/2,missing creative awards. Programming 0.5/1 nice graphics but a few bugs in awards.

thsi sucks... on the rescue mission I have the white spider legs and legs it (pardon the pun) between the rescue points... no star, even when done in less than 30 secs

I survived 74 waves with the Repair Droid + Sheild + Autocannon. The great thing about autocannon is splash-damage, so all you need to do is circle strafe everything and they will get into a tight group and then with a nice volley into the center you pick up 15+ life from kills. Turrents and tanks on the edges are your greatest threat. The little machine gunner guys are ez kills and get you +1 life each so pick em off whenever you can.
