To those having trouble getting gold: Destroy EVERYTHING. Also, nuking a boss is a one-hit kill. Overall, a very fun game - anything where you get to blow s#!^ up like this is fun :) I did have trouble with the Pyrotechnics medal, though; I've done three levels so far with only the homing cluster weapon, and haven't been awarded it...

darkdeathknight: The high score list shows kills, waves (on survival), gold/silver/bronze, and total medals. If you're not in the High Score top 25, look in Friends :-)

hardcore device - increase gained exp by +50%, you get medal for completing map with it, but.... you have only ONE hp if you equip it.

pretty cool game. only thing i found to be a pain is the homing weapons arnt very good, but theres so many things to choose from so 5/5

Is there some kind of bug with the ranking stars. I've gotten everything through gold for the main story missions, but I can't even get bronze on most of the others. What do you have to do?

@ derMxXx there are medals for completing story line missions with the hardcore device. It's hard but it's medals xD.

there are two problems with homing weapons: at higher levels in the survival mode they get confused and fly around like stupid and they also aim at buildings where people are in who you should evacuate.
you should make a platinum medal, for doing the level with the hardcore device!
a medal for playing for 10 hours?! wtf, thats just a little online flash game!!

To get some gold medals: Equip the homing rockets as main weapon, and homing cluster as secondary. Take the fastest legs.
Go through the maps methodicly. Don't get distracted by the objectives, just take them by any method that ensures you cover all ground. Kill everything.
This works for me. Fast killing (by the homing) and killing everything nets me gold medals.

good game 4/5 for two reasons. 1. extra content offsite, 2. offsite content requires additional stuff like cash to unlock

@Zerras: I had that same problem, except I redid the first level about 5 times before realizing I should take off the gun entirely. Once I accidentally did that, I was golden :)

Pyrotechnics Medal seems broken. At first I tried only firing from the shoulder. When that didn't work I removed my main gun entirely. Still no medal.

One of the most fun games I've played in a while. However, I dont like when games are on kong have have unlockable content only on other sites.

in order to get gold stars you have to blow up most of the buildings (if any in the mission, ya know), kill most of the enemies, have lost little life (whether healing affects this idk), and lastly have a reasonable amount of time. time affects it the least.
