Twenty-four Karats of Fury
Dude! You just completed the Twenty-four Karats of Fury achievement in Mechanical Commando and won the Twenty-four Karats of Fury badge and 60 points!---- After an hour'ish of trying to come up with the perfect strategy. After much trial and death, I think that the levels are randomly chosen in survival. Just hope you get lucky and don't have to deal with the "4-tanks-plus-cannons-everywhere" level. Good luck to everyone else who's going for the badge. xD

Level 1 isn't loading for me anymore, and it's my last damn gold star needed. Ahhh, I'm hopin' this gets better tomorrow.

I cannot get a freaking gold on time for the last level. 2:11:55. I'm off by one and a half seconds...aren't I? Seriously though. Freaking impossible. I got all the other golds on my first try. (Well...three plays per mission) But I've been at this for over an hour, and still can't beat it. 4/5 for good graphics and gameplay, but the requirements for gold might be nice.
Ah yes, Unboundgura, you're an idiot. Somehow I doubt "fianceexposed" is the kind of site you might find weapon cheats. While I'm not stupid enough to actually follow the link, the "viral" in it is enough for me to flag your comment.
UchihaSean? Also an idiot. You mispelled "breath" and "go." By the way, this is not a video. Therefore you fail at spelling two letter words, and at life in general.

While I was playing, I died on the last level. I went to play the level again, and the game freaked out. Big glitch which really messed up my game, and overall big let-down.
However, the game without that glitch was next to perfection. 5/5 and 97/100 if I could. Only points to take off would be on the green S gun: Rather useless near endgame, whereas the G gun still could take out the men from afar while your mortar was busy.

Too hard, no strategic form of play. Never been good at this sort of thing and didn't even finish Wave 1.
Designers: Ever heard of a "novice" mode? We're not all hardcore gamers!

When you're working in this sort of double joystick bullet hell sort of game, you really need to keep the level design philosophy tight and constricted. When it's wide open like this, things get far too boring far too soon.

Good game. Could use a minimap. It's hard to see the large areas with the zoomed in perspective.
Johnbob4815: At the end of the 1st level, return to the dropzone.

all I have to say is this Game Rox My Sox, well also there is a small glitch at the start, my mech gets stuck in corners and what-not. but still 5/5

@ blazoneying: The less damae you take, the better. Usually, you need to keep the damage taken per map below 15 to 20 if you want a Gold Star. I find that around 25 or higher usually give me a Silver Star. I'm not sure if it depends on the stage, though.
