Technically you can kill the tanks with flame throwers without getting hit...i got to round 14 with a flamethrower but then got raped. =P

I love how the thing with your health obscures a bit of your view in survival mode, just to make this game that tiny bit more suicide-inducing.

i would keep playing but i died on one of the last bosses and didnt want to start over. should be checkpoints. otherwise great game.

The 'hard' badge is much more than the average 'hard' standard...
Even unlocked the 'golden commando', still find it impossible to reach wave 15 in survival, let alone wave 20 for the challenge...

survival mode isn't hard at all, only one level is (where it gives u 4 tanks surrounded by turrets), all the rest u can get by with no hits, maybe one if your not paynig attention, but that level is just g@y! *hint* Homing rockets do about as much damage as the enemy soldiers, use normal rockets, they can actually kill something

Survivail mode is indeed difficult to a high degree of Crazyness... but there is probably a small chance of luck and being able to evade all the bullets just enough to get wave 20...but i have not gotten their yet XD. Just takes practice.

This is quite possibly the worst game on all of Kongregate. Has someone been bribed or what? 1 star - I wish I could give 0. Only played all of first level to get the badge really.

Two days to complete an impossible badge? This is a fairly enjoyable game, and I like collecting the little awards for it, but still, putting a severe time limit on something that difficult just seems like it encourages unhealthy behavior to me. I'm preemptively failing this challenge in psychological self-defense, because I like to have a life and don't want to spend ALL my time playing games on this site. Just most of my time. ;) Hopefully this sort of thing won't become the norm as it would really hinder my enjoyment of the challenges to be encouraged to complete extremely difficult tasks under extreme time limits.

Good game, nicely done, I have really enjoyed it. However survival is waaaay to random to be fun. And the homing missiles seems absolutely useless to me (too weak to just hit the closest targets).

For the time badge on level 5, you do need a bit of luck, and barbaric attacks :P Rockets + Mortar on the boss did for me, stand still between his flamethrowers and you'll only get hit by the pew pew shots. If you have like 90+ life at that point you should be fine.

every once in awhile, my robot thing or whatever just keeps going in one direction without me touching anything, makes it impossible to get gold in some of the levels...

BTW: you can ony move once you shoot once at the beginning. Very nice game, has the potential to be boring, but very good that you did not do that!

When I die on level 5, and go back to the menu, it cycles through all the levels and I can't do anything, others seem to be having this glitch also, please fix.

Good game. Enjoyed the main game. For survival, weapons need to be less random... either let the player choose their weapon at the start, or give them random upgrades that make it better, but not worse. Trading rocket for flamethrower is always bad in survival.

tip for the survival-Dont use homing missiles when you hit wave 10 they becojme utterly useless when trying to aim for a main target
