I agree with hotshot2k4 on everything except the speed factor. My one guy has a spped of 50, while the others in the low 20s and he attacks more than them and also attacks before the enemy in later rounds.

What is the point of block lasting multiple turns when it inevitably ends the next time you make a move anyway? (or gets reset because you did a move that provides block)

Badges, this is a all around good game. It shows that although good it does need work in some spots. I would like however to see some badges put in along with the game. But so for its good. You guys did well.

Feels like maybe 1/3rd of the things in this game don't work right. The 'advantage of one item over another' only considers max damage instead of average. New gladiators still have only 10 speed (etc) instead of whatever is written. Spears used by the enemy throwers critical like crazy without any special buffs, but I don't remember the last time I saw my 2hander land a crit (if ever) despite now having 5 points in the +critical chance skill. Speed only affects initial turn order, and my 55 speed guy attacks as often as my 5 speeder.

Seems cool so far, but laggy. Way too much random lag. Seems a bit repetitive though. Nice graphics, skill tree, tutorial and overall effort though.

Often times I find myself refreshing the page to get new armor and people from the store. Maybe make it a little faster.

Chopping through someone's armor feels like it takes forever. I'd either like to have access to the amor break skill sooner, or have low-level armors be much less effective. (Or maybe a battle speed setting would be enough.)

As soon as the enemies can't attack you anymore they should surrender and the battle should be over, same if you lose the ability to attack and/or move

Just completed all Arenas, now time to beat the pesky shield blocking teams I skipped over in favour of DPS teams to advance now xD

Although it's not entirely relevant, the idea of thumbs up or thumbs down is actually a myth, when a gladiator was to be killed the sign was thumbs up, as in a sword drawn and when he was to be spared, thumbs down, as in a sheathed sword.

I'm having trouble with the "win a combat without losing a gladiator" goal in Tarsus. I am winning all the time without losing anyone but it wont give me the goal, anyone else having this issue? Great Game BTW!! 5/5 for me

I frequently wind up attacking the head of the fighter below the fighter whose leg I'm trying to attack. It would be great if the targeting images were further apart.

Tarsus seems to be broken You can't get the goal of not losing a gladiator. I have knocked all them out with one guy injured. (No limbs removed on anyone. ) I have survived all of my guys with most of my armor even. I can't get this goal ever its frustrating.

The goals for each city should reset when you delete your info and start over. I wanted to try something different, and was going to use the bronze (or whatever it is) to get some good starting gear.

I find it slightly funny that in my first match against 2 enemies I chopped one of their legs off with my first attack and was basically left fighting one opponent.

Roman medicine was so advanced during these days that they could bring back a large number of people back from the dead and let people kill them and then still bring said people bakc from the dead without any injuries. They can also sew back on heads and make it look and feel like nothing happened.

awwww this is so dum guys fix this plz ok so i had team full of two handed swords men but didnt like i restart and cant get any of the achives again for the money or bronze bars wich you kind of need to win also i dont get dimond or blue bar back for likeing you on facebook

This game is all screwed up. I hired a more expensive slave because it said her stats were better, but she really had all 10s so I wasted my money. I have to level up my increase speed skill 15 times before I can access the next skill. Then I get to the next skill, which is +4% strength, and my strength is currently 50. +4% of 50 should be +2, but some reason I only got +1. That would be really annoying, except most of the skill upgrades seem to do nothing at all. For some reason we have like 10 slots to hold other slaves in our School, but there is no reason to ever use other slaves since your guys can't die. For some reason helmets have more hp than body armor, so there pretty much is never a reason to attack the head. Not that it matters, since you're almost always better off just cutting a guy's leg off and waiting for him to bleed out. Why do I have to wait and watch them die when they can't do anything? Also, how the heck does my slave keep growing her legs back?

i looked at swords and sandels for 5 minutes and already know this is much better, not only because its free to play, but also because it is free to win, buying stuff does little (apart from removing the challange this game presents) so it gets 5/5 easy.

The game refers to "rounds" for some of the goals. I expected a round to be a full set of turns for each fighter. It seems like the game considers a round to be one fighter's turn.

So, the other gladiators go first, and they can use block without losing a turn, but when I use block, my guy loses two turns, and often the block doesn't help anyway?
