The new ending was retarded i was hoping to finish with the world cheering me on that i saved us all but then all of a sudden i am the first one to die of the end of humanity :( Needs a Good ending Like a Hapily ever after Like a GOOD GAME should be :[ 3/5 untill better ending.

btw those monsters that run fast aren't worth killing since they run fast and have so much HP that it isnt worth killing them because most likely you will die after a couple hits

This game had incredible atmosphere, it is cinematic and has great scenario. The graphics are very cool, music and sound fx are also very good, gameplay is okay, You got a bunch of upgrades to pick up, so wht can go wrong? Well a bunch of things. First off all bosses are very easy! Seriously. Secondly, when you get damage power up, you should kill zombies with LESS shots, not same. I had no problem with the ending, but i have seen better ones. The game is a good idea and a nice try, so i will give it a 4/5. But seriously, to get 5 or even 4 stars you have to try harder than that.

labrat, how many upgrades do you consider to be 'many'? By the time I was on the second level I was already killing them in four shots. Towards the end I was killing them with three (one head-on shot with the spread gun). Also, your weapon fires faster as you level up, so even if you're taking just as many shots, you're still killing it faster.

This game is an easy 5/5, but, this game is not for the weak of mind, stomach, or heart. If you still continue to play against my warning, keep a trash can near by. Oh, and good luck.

Has anyone played Metroid? Because those plasma thingy doors are exactly the same. Also the game play is like metroid, I just kept playing because of that... And the inventory thing is useless.. I guess it deserves a good grade just for the effort of good graphics..

@galukan to get past the wall you need to find an armor that lets you 'double jump'
good game, which is suprising because i dont normally like platform games. a couple of things though : 1.) what does the second armor upgrade do, make you go faster? there isnt really any point in that 2.)i only died when on the final boss - from falling off... i played all that time to see the ending and i missed it - playing poker

Excellent Game! When I was playing it, it reminded me a lot of Dead Space, which also is a great game and exceeded in many ways. So keep making great games Bezerk Studios!

Looks pretty, aside from that I don't think theres a single original idea in here. Regurgitation of dead space which was a regurgitation of Event Horizon which was a regurgitation of... ...seriously fellas, how many times we going to see this sci-fi puke thrown up, only to be lapped up by the next idea-starved person? READ AN EFFING BOOK! Leafing through one William Gibson novel and watching The Matrix does not a cultured mind make.

I would have to disagree with you labrat, even though you are highly rated. It may have been a glitch, but when I played the game, I found that the speed of killing enemies was greatly increased. The zombies initially took 5 shots to kill leading all the way to 3. I never completed the game due to boredom, but I'm sure 2 hit kills could be achieved. Anyways, good game overall, but it lacks an assortment of items. After getting the military grade suit, I just couldn't wait to see what was next.. only to find out after 3 levels, not screens, later I still had military grade.. 3/5

For those of you complaining that the creatures are too hard/impossible:
I defeated the game without the spread upgrade. Frankly, I did not know there was one until I saw the achievements. I admit the final boss gets a bit frustrating, but there is a platform that you can stand on ~ 60% of the time and be safe while shooting the boss. You have to find out which platform that is. After finding the spread upgrade, it becomes way too easy. So for those of you that say the game was too easy, try it without the spread upgrade. :D The story, although done before in other games (in essence), is still good. And I like the new ending. :D Oh, and the only time I died was on the final boss. Tip: health low? farm until a health bar comes up.

this is not a bad comment,i have to say that the game is like a movie,and it have lots of suspense. with all the logs and the dreams, an the final, is like a movie too, and it's a good ending
for this game! 5/5 is the best suspense game i ever played!!!

i beat it and i agree on the shitty ending. All that work and you just become one of them at the end? Almost as crappy as deadspace ending where isaacs love icole supposedly pwns him. Deadspace 2 better have a better final boss and better final ending

Nice game, though it needs to be a bit harder. Now its just running down a hallway while holding spacebar. Nice graphs and nice story though. 3/5

The final boss battle was a total bullshitfest. I died so many times because of that stupid sprinting thing and the fact that you can't do anything during the first few seconds after respawning. Freaking boss kept tapping me off the edge with 1 hp left. Goodish story and goodish gameplay plus a shitty final boss battle makes me give this game 1/5

Nice storyline. Needs more improvement with the gameplay, like; there should be more items and you should be able to use them or switch between them. Also look at the at other comments, it will help this game improve a lot!

Wow...... All that... and you end up dying...... What a rip-off of the game. I only played it to see the end and to understand the storyline better...... Now I am perfectly clear on the entire storyline and I hate it!!! 1 star
