Game suffers from the fact you can only shoot sideways, if you could shoot at angles and straight up (say like in metroid), it would have allowed alot more mobile, varied, and interesting enemies. As it was every single enemy/fight had to be balanced around shooting sideways.

Hmmm Zombie aliens now why does that sound familiar? (cough Necromorph Cough) And By the way if your going for the scary effect Ide probaly use a different colour then yellow.

What was the point of the eyeball tail vagina-mouth boss thing on level 4 (the bridge)? I just stood there and shot it a few seconds until it was dead.

Billed as unique-which it really isn't, IMO--but a good game now that the damage bug has been fixed; honestly, something of a combination of Metroid and Resident Evil. I love the monster designs, and I wish something had been done with those three creatures halfway through the last dungeon rather than just gratuitous vulgarity for its own sake

changed my rating to 4/5 when I realized that the game was good at what I think it was trying to accomplish. First of all, amusing samus parody. Secondly, suprisingly developed storyline, considering it's a shoot-em-up game. The simplistic gameplay, in a way, allows the player to remember what the storyline is. Some games have a bad habit of having so much gameplay between story development that you forget what's going on in the story. Hence, 4/5.

Also, (and I am probably not the only one thinking this) a way to heal would have been wonderful. I died like three times, mostly due to the butterfly generators mobbing me, but still.

I would not say that using the same story line as Dead Space is a negative point. After all, Dead Space simply took it's story idea from System Shock, and you seem to think Dead Space is a good game. Ideas can be reused.

Eh, not good but not bad. Reminds me of almost every other zombie killing game i have ever played. Now I know what Resident Evil would be like as a platformer if you combined it with Stephen King's The Mist and set it in space. Honestly, while I kind of liked it I got bored on level two or three, and I have to ask what is with the all the damn yellow in the flashbacks?! Especially the yellow profile of some one standing that looks like something is growing out of or consuming it. Even still, keep working at this game, it could be great.

really awesome game but could be awesomer, if there was different guns and armor and custimizable stats and a longer story this would be 5/5 for now 4/5

Ok so heres were you went wrong. 1.Dead space story line. 2.Crappy shooting style. 3.Stupid enemy AI animation whatever you wanna call it. 4.Inventory screen Pointless. 5.Story made very little to no sence with bad ending. 6.Bosses too easy while damage upgrades dont matter. 7.No upgrades, and the equipment bites. 8.your trying to cross two genres. 9. Try harder and Re-Amp this game,I think if you spent some time did a lil more Tweaking and either make it a shooter or a survival game instead of a mix it would be better. 1/5 for effort

Despite all the negative comments, I found this game quiet enjoyable. It has a nice control scheme, enough upgrades to keep me entertained, and overall a great casual play. If people want more complicated games, they should probably not be on kongregate.

okay that was a fail ending but nice graphics and it sorta reminded me of a movie i watched except there were no monster things or mutations it just took over thier minds and they went crazy yea.....i had nightmares from that xD

"All you have to do is let us in, let us come inside you. Stay still, close your eyes and let the yellow light come into your soul. Don't move. That's it Sergei." If anyone got to that part, you'll know what I'm quoting. I laughed at that so hard.

Finished one of the 90's arcade game. Bad controls (can't shoot with an angle) + upgrades are awful + some creatures refuse to die! + strange and useless flashbacks! = nuff said!!

shit i'm such a coward... I freaked in the part without light and went back and two eyeball thingys attacked me at the same time.

I'm just going to assume I'm not the only one who thought every body cavity in the game, whether from it protrudes an eye or an H.R. Geiger chestburster, looks exactly like a certain portion of the female anatomy.

How hard would it have been to allow the damn character to shoot upwards or at an angle...?? I cant be bothered, too limited shoot style..

A rip off of Dead Space which is a ripoff of Event Horizon. Did I mention that Dead Space and Event Horizon are bad and that you shouldn't rip those off.

finally a awesome zombie killing game love it but get annoying at the end love the cut scenes to
the upgrades are awesome but i don't get how all bullets do the same damage this game is just awesome it should have achievements 5/5

And yes, the difficulty curve is a straight line *and* pretty much every boss can be overcome by the secret technique of "stand in one place and fire rapidly." Nevertheless, my previous comment stands.

i would like the option to show the enemies health bar cuz i was shooting the things on the cielings and the walls to find out that id probably never kill them, and that dashing creature in the third area i just gave up on after like 10 shots
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah, it's a Dead Space \ Event Horizon ripoff, but it's still more interesting than both of those crapburgers put together.

Wow... is all I have to say. Just looking at it it must of been a monster to code. The visuals are amazing and the storyline is great, even if it does include a few elements from deadspace. A few problems: you should of caught that damage bug, theres also an issue with boost, being triggered to easily. I think "Robot wants Kitty" had the same problem, they just made it a key and it was no longer an issues. The game was often to easy, with you just mowing down hordes of enemies, and the bosses are too weak, but these can be fixed by switching around a few numbers. Overall I would give it a 4/5, though I'm a bit disappointed with other peoples reaction. Its sad to see so much time and effort just be shot down like that.

Not to say the game sucks (Which I personally don't like it), But why post a game that you think shouldn't be viewed my children, on a children website? Pretty stupid, if you ask me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
no worries bro...i just beat the game a second time through to get the achievements...i can seem to get any stars...i guess it's a time trial to get stars...I like to kill everything. Anyway, i like the fact that you guys took my movie comparison and managed to incorporate a Chuck Norris joke in there--classic. I gave it a 5/5 because I played it more than once, liked the game, made it all the way through and the gameplay and interfaces were easy to figure out. There is always room for improvement, but it's all up to the artist.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Seriously dude, make it so you can shoot in more directions than just LEFT AND RIGHT! When you have a freakin butterfly machine making butterflies every 3 seconds and 5 butteflies coming at you you CANT GET UP TO KILL IT
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Don't worry about all the bad comments, this game has so much more potential, improve on it and add equips and an upgraded level system, stuff like that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
When you finish the last stage and you come back, the stage isn't finished, somehow it doesn't save after you complete the game, only keeps the achievements. BTW, great game, 5/5
