been playong it for 3-4years...and its good (even better when you have a bot that automatically collects bonus boxes! (OF COURSE I DONT) so i spend 10 years collecting them "manually" like that other guy said,but i gotta goli with 70K config of shields...80K config of shields and then im getting LF-3 lasers...so its pretty cool but its a SUPER LONG TIME PROJECT. you have to patiant and learn how the game works,like how to kill people and certain times to do something and what not? its 5/5 unless you dont like to waste time on it cause you dont have a life (like me) but other than that its SUPER FUN (unless you get popped).

The Skylab will help all of your credit problems. Just start with ore collectors and after a few upgrades, BOOM! You get a big pile of credits! Now go bid for that Golaith! And I suggest that of you have a nice Skylab when you get killed, just buy a new ship instead of wasting your Uridium.

This game isn't THAT bad, I admit it bugs you when a mega ship comes and kills you, but if you work on skylab and upgrade your engines a ton, then flee as fast as you can, because fighting it means you stand no chance.

The mega ships keep on killing me. I pretty much can't do anything because I'm stuck at the space station while they're patrolling. But besides that it's still a 4/5

You people need to shut up if you dont want to buy more stuff nobody is forcing you. I played for only a month and i have a leonov. All i did was find good friends to help me. So quit wineing. And if people are killing you in other zones.... STOP GOING IN THOSE ZONES!

wow going back to X-1 maps to equip stuff is a pain. i was in 2-3 and i had to go back into 1-1 just to equip a LF-3 without dieing

Jimgreer u said that your spoke to bigpoint and took away PvP at x-1 maps but this didnt happaned a enfocrer goli came to attack me on June the 2nd 2.59 pm for me and it killed me two times i was a nos it killed me first time i use my 100k get nos back then after killed me agiain now im the phonix the weakest ship in darkorbit this isnt ture!

Bait and switch, baby. Look! Cool game with shiny graphics! And... best of all, it's free to play! But... if you want to actually be competitive, if you want the best equipment... you have to fork over real money. Just market it as a subscription game.

oh yea i forgot something about this first subject i hope that theres a design for all ships like red ones ....with fire ones jsut like the goli design! then for those ship designs cost only creds only uri for like vengeance and leonov because they use uridum to buy! 2nd subject i hope that theres pvp ONLY at places that r not x-1x-2x-3x-4 so that more lower lvls can train savely there 3rd subject i hope that starter monsters drop a few more uridums so that newbies can get some more uridum and if they dies in harder places they can repair like maybe a sturner drop like 10uridum like that and others also incease by a bit vote for me if u like THIS comment and thinks it improves and dont take away the points , if u dont like this comment then just dont vote

a game built on a good pre-existing concept but with greedy intentions. if i want to pay to play a game i will subscribe to it, like WOW or City of Heroes. the first map is cool, but very limited, and the dificulty level raises ridiculously. also, unless you bone up hardcore it's easy to screw yourself over. you can't get any non-starter without either spending a massive amoun tof time or spending a lot of money. essentially the game is just one giant scam to get you to put in mommy's credit card number. play it for a couple of days and then forget it.

I found something interesting, if you go to the hangar and then to the extras section you can buy a repair drone for 10,000. you will have it for as long as you have your ship,(wich should be longer because you dont need to buy a new one when its damaged). After you buy the drone it will be a little button in your weapons bar. Oh, and it only repairs when your sitting still.

I played the game for five minutes and wasnt entertained at all. I like the open spaces and the visuals but the gameplay just seems so lifeless.

2All complaining that repair cost uridium - JUST DON'T REPAIR, BUY NEW SHIP! It costs credits, not uridium and you still don't lose your weapons etc.
