Consider our packages (Basic Edition, Attack of the Artifacts). Both are good deals that pack a LOT of content. But also: you can play the whole game for free! Many of our top players have never spent a cent on the game. There is nothing behind paywalls beside bonus missions and cosmetics.

I sit corrected. Once you get so far into the game you can sell items. It's annoying that this has to be unlocked but I'll amend my score to 5/5.

Overall I really enjoy this game but I feel like there are so many useless items. I really wish there was a way I could discard all the items I don't want and keep the ones I do. 4/5 for me. 5/5 if they allow players to discard items they don't care for.

i love the game and i give it a 5/5 for being 100% f2p and its amazing setup. one problem is that after a while your inventory crowds up and it is a little annoying, so set up a sell for usable items maybe (just a suggestion)

Great game guys. Just had an epic moment where I was down to my last guy, low health, but defeated Melvelous the Magnificent by Telekinesing his biatch-ass into some spikes I'd laid down earlier. Woo-hoo!!

Hi there, this is one of the best game on kongregate i think.
There is really nothing else to say about it :)
On the other hand, i noticed a bug or whatsoever, i don't know cause i played only single player campaign, but when i entered multiplayer, i clicked on multiplayer keep, and message was poping out that my party isnt saved and i couldn't exit form that keep, i had to reload my browser in order to try something else.
Dont know if it's a bug or something else...

It's 'cause your multiplayer party was empty — you have to click the "Add to party" button on a character on the left to add it to your party. This only happens if you try to go to multiplayer before the multiplayer tutorial (which gives you a multiplayer party for free).

Cardhunter, what can I say? I've migrated from the main site, and it's held my attention for ten months. I've become oddly popular, ammassed a large collection, made friends, found romance (if you count Karen), and I did it all without paying a cent. 5/5, amazing game, would not substitute.

I think it would be best if, when trying to sell items, the game would tell you when you can start doing it. That way people stop asking that question.
Hi! After the deluge of complaints and confusion regarding the selling of items, we are working on a better way (read: ANY way) of getting info about selling gear to new players. Should not be hard, but might take a week or two for us to push our next build.

An actually f2p game that is marketed as f2p, Amazing i know. Some of the most fun you can have with a turn based game or a ccg. Don't pass this by for any reason and at least give it a play. It's not for everyone but if it is for you it will eat your time and shit out solid bricks of golden fun.

Elements of D&D, light humor, some character personality blossoming between battles, decent learning curve, simple mechanics and basic knowledge that aren't that easy to master. Honestly, this is one of the very few gems that can stand on it's own amongst the plethora of simple games that usually don't grab my attention. 4/5 is my final rating. Well done!

Interesting concept for the game. I like that its told from the point of view of a GM. Reminds me how much of a nerd I am for playing games like this. +stars just for the concept.
This has been answered in a million places both in the comments section and on the forums. Wait till level 7, beat a mission, voila :) (And there's a very good reason for preventing new players from dispensing with their gear, also explained many times elsewhere.)

All too often I will get three TURNS in a row (not cards, full turns) where I get nothing but blocks, or moves... NO ATTACKS. The frustration makes me want to quit.

Gratuitously making fun of your audience in all the flavor text of the game is not a good decision. Game's decent, but I was too irritated by the constant mockery of people like me to keep playing.

Wanted to give it a try.. Tutorial felt weird, but okay. Prompted me to open the chest, but there was a whole lot more on screen to click. Clicked on other thing, game bugged, cant restart it. -_- figures

I love this game! The humor is spot on. Love how it's free to play but doesn't push you to spend $$. The one thing I wish I could do is sell items. I seem to be accumulating quite a stockpile of things I don't need.

As with everyone else, this game absolutely blew me away. There's so much depth to the game, it's hard to imagine the time and effort that went into this highly polished piece. Honestly if this was an actual PC game I wouldn't mind buying it!
