It's real simple to beat. Do NOT get ANY sword levels until you get armor and magic to 8. Mainly get armor first to help you survive, then when you enter the castle/dungeon, seek out the purple blob monsters. They're huge, don't move, and super easy to avoid their attacks by just jumping. Then with your minimum damage, mass combo the two (one on each end) for insane exp!!! You could probably even get the "99999" exp it says you need after the skill reaches level 8.

The bosses felt a bit too challenging than they should have been, but apart from that, a pretty good game. Lots of room for improvement though.

can any one tell me the master piece of music that is being played in the center house of the town with the wizard in?

Best way to level up, only get magic and armor, do NOT get ANY sword levels. Then when you get past the gate, seek out the purple blob things. They're large enough to hit on the ground and at your highest jump point, they don't move, and their attack is insanely easy to avoid with a simple jump. Then just mass combo exp them, and you can probably get the "99999" exp it says you need after you get magic and armor 8.

Chibi Knight gives us a well-rounded, Zelda-like feel while still having very sitinct and unique aspects that make playing it enjoyable! The artwork is ,simply said, cute, and the graphics are very good. The boss battles are great, too, but the first two seemed a bit lacking for some reason, cant put my finger on it. Though I'm dissapointed how most of the enemies are of little to no threat at later levels; I was wishing that there'd be enemies that grow in challenge as you progress. But that aside, Chibi Knight makes you wish there were more games that are as fun and creative like this one. this game gets a 4/5.

I see that this game is very much inspired by Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link for the NES. It's quite well done, but you kind of get thrust into it without much of an explanation on what's going on. Perhaps in the sequel there could be a bit more of an intro? I assume that Chibi 2 will look similar to A Link to the Past? ;)

At first I was like, "What?! There's another part of the fight?!" Then I went to it and only worried about scrolling off-screen (as happened too often with my early knight fights).

@zuton97 i thought so too but than i realized there are platforms that i can stand on. Use those to avoid the green knight and when hes gone u just hit the rocks

Fantastic game. The aspects of bosses reminds me so much of old mega/genesis or master system bosses. The ending is SOOO old school, casting reminds me of golden axe... great memories from a time when video games has true games...

My browser (Opera) crashes when I try and go in to the first tower after the key door. I am running on an oldish MS XP PC though. Turning the quality down to the lowest didn't help. Any advice?

I died 38 times, mostly in the first ten minutes. Thank goodness there's no penalty for that. It's a pretty steep learning curve when dying is an inevitability until you level up a little.
