@alphnight1 It's the A button.
@papabear7206 There should be a broken house, after you get 100 piece of wood go there and this purple jellybean looking creature will bring out his grandpa, who will give you a spell.

Easier and harder than it seems. Not as bad a grind as some have said. Get your attack up quickly and the rest will work out. A good time. 4 stars.

For those who like to play muted: after you finish the game you go straight to the end credits which ignore the setting and plays some triumphant thingie at high volume. (Really doubt a bug report would make sense at this point and this comment is probably not going to the top 5 list... but it might be helpful to some badge-of-the-day hunters! :) )

Pointlessly long bosses that you can only hit once every 10s, screen shake is the most frustrating thing ever, why is this badge of the day ?

great game, but there are a few bugs. also YOU GOTTA SAY YOU CAN HIT THE ROCKS IN THE GREEN KNIGHT FIGHT! it took me a while to figure it out

This seems like the intro, gameplay and even some of the sounds were modelled after Zelda 2: The Adventures of Link for NES. Bringing back god memories

One to thing to be careful of. If you have almost defeated one of the guardian knights don't finish him off if he is half off screen as you wont be able to pick up the dropped gem and will have to reload and repeat.

What Dollari said:
DEMON BOSS: 1. Use Shield spell 2. Destroy the three spheres to break the Boss Shield. 3. Press "S" just under the boss and use your Rain Of Killing Magic Balls spell. 4. Repeat step 3 if necessary. 5. Go down and kill a defenceless eye. Don't kick the eye out of the stage.

Ugh...I left my room for half an hour (reducing the browser to the bar) and when I came back the chibi-knight was in the middle of a blue screen, I could only walk to go into a grey portion of the screen. I was in front of the demon boss (3-kinghts just defeated scene) and I had to refresh the page. I won't play it from the start, even if I loved this game.. Sorry for the achie I lost, but this bug destroyed my enthusiasm.

I actually did not have trouble with the green boss. I had trouble with the purple one. The green boss just takes you going from the left or right top platform. Hitting 2 rocks, waiting on the middle platform for boss to go to far side, then go to the far platform and hit 2 more rocks. Repeat until it's dead. The purple one takes timing the fires as well as jumping over the boss. Much more timing specific to me.

Really good game, 5/5 absolutely. But a couple of things should be changed...first, the upgrade menu appears during combats so I often missed the chance to choose the upgrade, as I was spamming the "A" key to hit monsters.
Second, I hate the purple knight, but I think this is just my fault. :D

If you want to get around the overworld faster, press 3 of the arrow keys at once. It doesn't let you go vertically, but laterally you go about double speed.

The controls are awful, it's grindy as fvck and why do you have to go to a lvlup screen where you have the "choice" of leveling up the one stat that you are allowed to.

It is unfortunate that the same keys you use for combat are also used to make selections when leveling up. Combat normally consists of spamming the A key as fast as possible. I leveled up a few times before I even noticed that I had a choice in which ability to increase, because the moment the level-up screen comes up, I hit A trying to hit a monster, and ended up leveling up instead.
