Finally completed the Cuteness Overload quest with this game!
Anyway, nice little game! I wish I had more control over what stats I could choose on leveling up (bug or not?), but I had fun (the last dungeon and boss were challenging!). Also, your daughter's voicework was awesome, and I think it's really neat how you, as a parent, involved her in your game's creation.
Anyhoo, off to pick my unearned Kongpanion!

I also experienced a bug. After I defeated the Three Dungeon Guardians, I tried to leave the dungeon through the front door and the lava path, but in BOTH incidents, my knight would disappear. I tried re-starting the game, but that didn't help. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!

Damnit! A bug where I disappeared off the world map when exiting the tower made the game unwinnable, so I reset my game data and had to level grind all over again, only for the same bloody bug to hit again! A game this buggy should *not* have badges, let alone be part of a quest.

kinda wish the same key wasnt responsible for attack select or continue since there are times when I wanted to upgrade my attack but accidentally upgraded magic instead because the screen popped up as i was mashing A. Also missed a few of the texts because of that. Minor annoyance, not too bad of a game otherwise.

Do the monsters disappear forever once you beat them? I'm stuck in the final area and keep dying. Takes too many hits to kill orbs/boss with the golden trifork sword and the green armor doesn't prevent enough damage.

I somehow managed to get to the blacksmith's boat before battling the island beast by forcing myself off to the left of the set water path.

I actually got to Glitch through a glitch.

Creative idea and the voice actor is adorable, but it requires way too much grinding in the same way: hitting the A button nonstop.

For the final boss, you can grind xp by killing the orbs if need be (slow-going but better than the creatures outside). Also, I killed top orb, left then right. Healed sparingly. Then stayed at the top, dodged fireballs, and hit boss with my sword when I could. Took about three tries.

one thing recommended in super chibi... a way to skip the credits...I sat through the credits 20 times to get max items

pretty crappy game... you dont know where to go... bridge part beats the crap out of you.. every other part beats the crap out of you... it takes grinding and noobscrap that im not going through... also the hitboxes are very poor and I run into stuff and fall of bridges for no reason... other than that pretty good... 1.75/5

So after spending 10 minutes sitting and wondering how to beat the green boss, I looked in the comments and found out you had to actually hit the boulders at him rather than standing where you wanted the boulder to go and hoping it hits him like I thought....
When a game has me doing this, that's pretty good.

Quite nice, straight and to the point. That the player can accidentally leave a boss fight, thus having to restart is frustrating, however.

This game is cute, but I repeatedly glitched out in the Three Knight Tower, jumping outside the path and directly to the boss (who I was ludicrously underleveled for).

After beating the game and completing the Cuteness Overload Quest, I look back at the amount of time wasted, the tears shedded, the blood spilled, the number of tables flipped. And then I cry tears of joy.

4/5 because I skipped the knights(whole thing glitched and kicked me out) and got stuck fighting the demon beast until I leveled enough to kill it...
