The level where you have limited amount of money is just plain and simple, STUPID, not fair when they get to produce units so fast and your are limited. BAD IDEA

HEY people have been complaining about the damn limited gold level since day one that means... IT SUCKS ASS AND NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH!!! other than that the game seemed pretty fun (i cant say for sure cause the bullshit limited gold lvl is kinda tainting my opinion)

could we please get some money for defeating each enemy?. then you won't have masses amount of enemies and have to WAIT to get gold. it would make getting gold a bit quicker.

Not fun when you got to the last level with everything being as easy a hell, then suddenly it goes as hard as hell, big leap if you ask me. Please give them a unit cap, i had a huge group of macemen and high priests with a bunch of captains marching towards me with everything they had, none of my soldiers could hold them off, and i had 4 high priests and 8 macemen (it was still pretty early in the level).

Limited gold missions are impossible, even with the "use lots of monks" advice, couldn't get past any of them. Was this game playtested?

I wish I could tell you I like this. Unfortunately, the enemy's ability to spawn unlimited hordes of troops instantly every time you rush in kills this game flat. There's no strategy here at all. Just keep spamming and hope the enemy pauses from his 100-troops-a-second production schedule to let you break through.

i can only say this... YOu need to balance the game... how can you give the enemy twices faster improvement ect... or the dmg is the same...but expensive... this game is great....just needs some balance :/

The limited gold levels are just plain stupid. Why is it that I only get x amount of gold and the computer has infinite + rapid deployment. Nerf it already

Beating the First Limited Gold level: 5 Priests, 2 Rifle Men, 4 Mace Men. You will need to buy the buildings that increase your population. Also upgrade these 3 units. You should be able to beat the level without losing any units if you do this quickly enough.

On the limited gold levels either:
a) Take away the enemy priests or
b) Limit their f*cking gold
It's almost impossible to beat these damn levels when they spam instant masses of units and mass heal them as well.

This game is radically easier on normal speed v. 3x speed. This is true even when you have a full army fighting... seems like a balance/bug issue to me.

I understand that the ad's pay for Kongregate and that is great and I click on them and check them out for Kongregate but they are getting a bit much.

The games good. The first two levels are great, but theres a dramatical change afterwards, because even if you have 2 soldiers and the Cpu one soldier he still wins. Thats kinda stupid. Also the tech points. you can spend 10 tech points, but if you reset you only get 3..... awsome. And let me be honest, the limited gold level is just stupid. The enemy seems to have unlimited gold, and instant deployments..... harsh... other that that the games good.... :D

Now this game was great until it came to the Limited gold level, unfortunatley the healer stacking method doesn't work as well since the computer has infinite infanty and you don't 2/5. When computer gets nerfed 5/5.

Oh and I also seem unable to complete lvl 8 in 4 or less minutes for the other achievment - the best I had was a bit under 6, I think, but admittedly, the gap here isn't titanic enough to warrant a claim that the achievment itself cannot be done - I may very well simply be missing some key idea. Either way, I recommend a little extra playtesting.
Also, an important point has been raised about the healers - while overpowered as they are, they do tend to overheal some times and let the units die while the heal's on cooldown the others - unless this is an intentional balancing handicap, I suggest you look into it.
Anyway, sorry about triple posting and textwalling, I guess I just had a lot to say ^^

Aside from this, the difficulty level could definitely use some tweaking - I may be no pro, but the game seems fairly simple and I fancy myself a rather good RTS player. Regardless, the last level took me hours to beat without exploiting the AI glitch and it seems I mostly just got lucky with the AI's timing and unit selection. In fact, the trouble I'm having replicating this "success" (0 stars) makes me start wondering if replaying a beaten level doesn't actually make it a tiny bit more difficult. Regardless, I feel hitting 5 stars or doing this level in 8 minutes or less for the ingame achievments may very well be impossible unless exploits are used.

The idea is interesting, admittedly and the stat reset seems to work correctly now, but:
the balance is shot to hell - healers and melee units (especially high tier ones unless you're zerging) rule supreme while, for example, ranged stuff is fairly useless IMO. Similarily, city hp upgrades are not very useful aside from the exploit thing as reestablishing yourself is made difficult by the fact lone units and small groups make easy pickings for the attacking force, not to mention your backline units end up mixed with the melee - allowing the player to hide his force behind city walls could fix this as well as providing ranged units with extra utility in helping break enemy sieges and - if they prioritize holed up enemies over city walls - in sieging the enemy stronghold.

HOW TO BEAT LEVEL 6: This is how I did it, may be more than one method. UPGRADES: Food to Lvl 2, Military to Lvl 2, Build Tech to Lvl 1. BUILDINGS: (As quickly as possible) - Keep, Barrack, Blacksmith...Monestary, Castle. UNITS: Build 5 Captains and 4 High Priests. While building upgrade Captain with Golden Armor and High Priests with Ankh. As soon as all units are built, attack! DO NOT SPEED UP THE GAME. Game has a glitch, won at normal speed and lost at 3 X speed. Once your guys are attacking the castle, it's ok to speed up game but not before...don't know why. Hope this helps.

Got stuck in an endless battle on the 7th level... I had 30k gold and was killing all of his troops but he just kept pumping out more for like an hour... this should not be possible. I couldn't get past his castle defenses.

the enemy will not attack or build more units until you have completely destroyed the preceding wave, just set your guys on hold position after killing all but one ranged unit, you can build up as much money as you want-- if you fee you need to beat the game, anyway-- im surprised this has such a high ranking

ok this game sucks it laggs and u cant spawn a army without klicking 20 times on the knight button and wait time for knight is like 30 sec

Ok, for the no gold level, Knights are KEY! don't even worry about the blacksmith, as the upgraded knights suck. Just grab the keep, then the stable, then mass knights, should get you through pretty quickly.

On starvation mission the AI should starve too. This is unfair. You have to precisely set a rush timing that gives it no time to build priests or you are screwed. I didn't get it quite yet though.
