I had no idea why I can't obtain the award "Faithful Blade". I use katana 1-4 to defeat a boss did I do something wrong?

Best the survival boss, and I did it with just the basic attacks and then lifesteal. Took me 1.5 hours but I did it =P

Could do with a warning that clicking upgrade mid fight results In the enemy regaining full hp. Sucks to find out by upgrading half way into the survival fight.

Life steal is too good. Buy all best basic attacks (800 money) and fully upgrade life steal (~300 money) lets you stay health positive against the survival boss. You can then kill eventually, though ancient attacks recommended b/c even with the ultimate rage moves it took me at least 30 minutes to beat survival. Also, "beat survival"? Why is that even possible?

It would be nice to be able to pause during survival >.< managed to get the boss down to 270k hp but it took along time. also survival quickly becomes boring made worse by the lack of rewards, the odd relic and a ton of gold which becomes useless. maybe increase relic drops as boss looses health or make a gold->relic conversion system once survival is reached

To kill survival, use dodge skills like doppelganger, and combo the life- steal from moon blade with damage amplify from heaven's blade to instantly regain full hp.

Bonus Chance is the key. I was making $200 a fight until I maxed it out and was getting $600-800 a fight. Ok game, but really short.

Could you make it so that you dont lost as much rage durin long attacks, and also, could you make it to where you dont lose rage during your special, it completly ruins my combos.

I beat the survival mech, using Katana Lv.3, Katana Lv.4, Handsome blade lv.3, Grenade Lv.3, Bright beam lv.3, Nemesis lv.3, Moon beam lv.10, Doppelganger lv.10. It might take awhile to get the money for all those weapons to get fully maxed. Or you can find your own set :D But for me, it was just long, but a breeze.

it was good but it took me less than an hour to beat the game and didn't have to but hardly any ancients or specials needs more enemies

So has anyone actually beaten the survivor Mech yet? I've gotten close but real life keeps getting in the way lol. Wondering if he even programmed a response for it in.

Aww i need a pause button, becaus i can beat the survival if i had enough time :D just helldrill+moonbeam and you get over max hp healed ;)

Fun time waster. Definitely needs more opponents. Like the gauges on some of the opponents to let you know they are about to unleash their fury on you. Katana award is glitched and won't open even though you finished your opponent with said skills only.

Indeed. Further tips for survival boss: go for skills with long animation over damage skills. Letting your skills recharge (especially moon blade) is way more important than dealing just a bit of extra damage.
That being said: is the katana kill trophy glitched? I tried killing the first boss with just the katana slash set, just katana slash 1, just handsome blade, etc, and it won't open. I tried using just katana/handsome blade on a boss I hadn't beaten yet, and it still wouldn't click. Not a big deal, but possible glitch?
