I enjoyed it, but was very disappointed to find the save function didn't work (at least not for me -- using Chrome). Now I wish I'd finished it in one sitting.

Solid game, needs some tweaks to make it great. Combining enemy types would add more strategy to the battles, as well as making them less repetitive. Boss type monsters would be a nice change of pace from hordes of weaker enemies. Otherwise, good way to kill a few hours and a few hundred zombies.

I played three or four hours last night. Got a long way into it. Got all prime weapons and gear. Saved game several times along the way. Come back today.... Nothing. It's all gone. No saved game. That's it for me. I'm done with this game.

every time I save and come back on to play there's no save?and I have the space for it on my computer so whats happening?

My only criticism is that you have to end turns manually, even when there's no action left to take. Turns should autoend when there's no other option.

The "gauntlet" concept at the end is pretty good but implemented poorly. Some tunnels are dead ends and there's no apparent reason why, or any real reason to do that since enemies don't respawn there. Then the enemies come pouring through the walls... for some reason? I read the part about the AI and pathfinding but that doesn't make it narratively logical.

ianwelby, grouvail, birds1303, right click on the game ==> parameters ==> local storage ==> set to unlimited. This also often helps me with other games, as they are somitimes not well optimised.

I find it hard to rate this game. I give it a 5/5 for me personally but I cannot recommend it unreservedly to someone who has never before enjoyed a turn-based rpg (like Fallout 1 or Planescape Torment). With a bit of polish it will appeal to more people.
The controls work for me but there is room for improvement. Let us toggle off the tutorial bubbles. Dock the menu on the edge. Let us mouse click to move/interact. Some people just don’t like hotkeys.
Personally I like the way the zombies move; it adds strategy to the world map. It would be better if zombies always started at least as far from you in the battle map as they were when you engaged on the world map.
And if I were really going to dream I'd ask for a strong sense of irreverent humor and a dash of character development. A half-crazy monologue, some useless items and earning crazy titles might do it.

I do like this game but the Menu of Movement is tedious, growing redundant. Also, zombies moving through walls wrecks the strategy.

Game lost my save. When I first started yesterday the little Flash window asking me how much storage space it could use, etc. was static and I couldn't change the options, but assumed that it would just save stuff anyway. Apparently not, and I'm not convinced I can be bothered to play through that much again just to catch up.

It's been so rewarding to watch the frightened, clumsy little nurse with a dinky little pistol mature into an unstoppable, self-healing, Perfect Whiff-whiff bat-wielding bitch from hell. You go girl!

Ending pics: Nurse gets zombie raped, Vet gets ripped apart and jock gets zombified. (Btw for the nurse seriously look at that picture and tell me that's not what's happening)

The Veteran class needs just a little bit more in melee combat... very limited ammo at the beginning coupled with his terrible accuracy (literally took 7 shots in a row to get a body shot for me) the zombies simply laugh as my ammo disappears and then come in to eat me. I then stand there and flounder around doing 6 damage per hit against 3 zombies.

Man: Uhh honey, I just took a crap and now there is a Ak47 and a Medkit in the toilet... Do you think I should call a doctor or something? Women: Oh no, just leave them there. I'm sure you'll be fine!

Those little kids are annoying. I'll use the highest accuracy wep, and no head shots. then they run 50 to 0 in one turn, and you have only 2 turns to kill all of them if you have gone veteran, then in the melee, you cant knock them back. The fat guys are stupid, i used a shotgun and got a headshot... EVERY TIME!! (exept once.. lol) Army guy: Cripple him til he dies. Assualt rifles never get head shots for me unless the enemy is at 100m...? What the heck... Cant wait til I actually get to the mansion... The kids will probably die after 30 melee attacks..

Good god. I can tell why the zombie outbreak managed to get so far, not even the ex military guy know how to shoot a gun.

Okay, three characters. Shall I go with the jock with baseball bat and apeman forehead, the nurse with the 9mm pistol and the errm cleavage, or the veteran with an M16 rifle?
Yea, I'm going to go with the nurse because even the dead need some loving too.

OOoook.... Zombies walking through all of the obstacles is completely unacceptable. Why aren't you applying the same limitations the player has to the zombies? Not only are you not allowing maneuvering tactics, you're phucking infuriating players.

Please add an auto-save feature. For a long time I didn't fear death and I ended up going pretty far before I made a mistake and died. My last save was so far back I didn't want to continue playing.
