the controls are really iffy especially for laptop users. very buggy. trying to use the mouse and the wsad keys at the same time to keep up with the fast paceness of the game is a must but cant really be achieved since the map jumps all over the place... other than that really nice concept, could use some work.

The concept of this game is great. But the game itself is horrible. It is so fast paced that you rarely have time to focus on which bots you want to evolve, and even if you do it is almost impossible to get the to evolve in the categories that you want them to.

Sweet mother of God, my bees are all RETARDED!!!
What do they run on? WINDOWS???
I tell ' em to attack THAT!!! and NOOO they have to do whatever they want to...
Too much evolving physically, but not much for a AI...

Very nice game. I like the ability to create an army of units that have the genetic structure that I like, but the game is so fast-paced that I don't get the time to actually enjoy the awesome creation that I have. I do like the game, and you introduce a very interesting concept to the risk-type genre

Good game! I like the premise and the level designs are nice however it needs just a few things imho. Controlling groups is kinda a pain - hotkeys will go a long way (even just to reproduce, select all on map, or auto-hunt/expand hive). Differences between the types (sniper, armor, avg, etc) are extremely hard to tell when there's a group of 20. With those, you'll have a more streamlined game - BUT changes might make it too easy.

The game proves african killer honey bees are overpowered! Evolve you bees to have flight ability and good sight, then they start swarming the enemy like crazy!

Good concept in many point. But the biggest part of the difficulty come from the lack of control. Your clicking at one place, trying to convince your beetles that they should kill the enemy beside of changing the color of the hexagon getting yourself killed while at same moment a part of your army act like dummy or do nothing that while being killed to. A pause, a slow or turn option will be great. Thank for your attention.

i say u should have it more choose your attributes and evolve from there by leveling up and defeating bosses and i think we should be able to have boss sized robots after leveling up so many levels and when u level up to the last level it is a very big bug and has all attributes maxed out at the same time

With a few changes this game could be really excellent. The ability to pause the game would be the first one. It has a strong strategy element but the action is too fast-paced to really think about what you're doing. The ability to suicide troops would be useful too.

@7jet5 you have to make one totally range and damage, then keep making new ones till you get one with higher agility, then breed off of that till you get one that can turn quickly with moderately high damage and range

I would love to see a multiplayer version of this game. Maybe possible for a later update? Some of the maps are symmetrical and could definitely prove interesting for two human players.

for 13, expand your hive(before that green hive)
then, rush to end of enemy base, where that damage amplifier is.
(you can move over enemy hive)
now you have that slow pierce units in the enemy base!

This game just made me so angry i will not be playing it anymore. I may give 2 a shot if some problems, mostly listed above, are fixed. I hit the wall at level 8, tried it twice both times fighting for 20 minutes over one spot then all of a sudden red just overpowers me, just cant keep up production rates. Great concept, bad execution.

A more formal way of evolving your bugs would be better in my estimation. As others have said it's always a real hassle doing it in the middle of battle. Maybe a kind of system where you "level" and select from a number of paths would be better.

My main problem was that when I had to reproduce quickly (my stategy for killing bosses was outnumber them 4 to 1 and then attack them head on, constantly reproducing until the bosses are all dead) I kept on clicking on the egg thingies, so it would be better if the eggs were behind the bots. Thanks!

Ooh okay, I get it. The high range bees can only shoot things that are far away, not things that are RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. Jesus. That's annoying. Add the fact that they are ridiculously slow, and it almost seems better to just stick with a regular speed/armor bee.

Add a pause. Also have it so creatures kinda just get better over time, as they evolve, and get rid of mutations- You should breed it yourself.

This game isn't about breeding, its about who can click faster. The beginning is insanely awesome, but then turns into a timing puzzle about who can click faster. I don't know weather to blame game mechanics, level design, or the AI of your friendly units. I managed to convince myself to muddle through to the end, but around level 10, the game became a chore, not fun. Despite this, excellent, game, good concept. Well Done!
4/5

The campaign was rather difficult. It hinged on the proper reproduction of units to get the right type of unit, and you had to frantically reproduce (most of the time) just to stay alive, at least in the later levels. But it was fun, and I know that I'm awesome because I was able to overcome the challenge.

it hink the concept is great but i think not only should there be more types of evolution but it should be turnd based so u have time to think about wat ur doin

I seem to see games on newgrounds before they come here, like this and doodle devil. Is that because this is just a hosting site and newgrounds is more of an.. entry site?
