I played similar game very long ago. It had just 1 screen but gameplay was very similar. Played second part too. In that game I builded villages and mosters reappeared after some time. Sadly, I forgot the title...

Simple concept, but the game itself is so very well executed that chances are you'll find yourself playing for far longer than you had intended. Recommended.

@eXeLoL: if you're not playing on an in-private browser window (that definitely will NOT save your game), check your cache and cookie settings. There's no online save for this game, so it's up to your local browser.

Really enjoying this game, but the "legendary loot" in the villages doesn't seem worth it. Very expensive, and basically useless equipment each time I've tried it. Won't fall for that again!

Just realized that if I get a monster I can't beat just keep spamming it and the crits will eventually get me the win!!!

Tip on rivers -- you can click on other squares while fishing. Which means at times you can click on several rivers at the same time, and clear out other squares while waiting. Saves a bunch o' time.

Just discovered you can (and have to) scroll item descriptions: until now I had no idea that SET ITEMS existed because that info was a few blank lines(!?) below the %modifier info... so well below the visible info.

nice game but it have a bug when i restart the game i loose the tools so im no able to cut, brake or do any thing else and if i try to re start the game i cant do it

dungeon 17 to the lower part of the map I see an indication on the map wich say I can go more south but there is no button

It took me a while to realize you can drag the story text to see more. The only UI there are the arrows left and right, without any downward indicator, so that's some bad design.

I wish there were some sort of quick indicator for superiority of equipment. As is, it takes several clicks to check the new and the worn, as they're visually identical. It also makes trashing the inferior one a little stressful without a double-check.

Bug: the very first instruction says "Touch to explore," but it only responds to mouse-click. (This is Kongregate, not someone's phone.)

Unlike Saffi, I'm finding the "idle" tag to have been accurate considering the amount of time I'm sitting here doing nothing while my AP recharges. At least with proper "Idles," the game is doing something while that happens. Here, it's just sitting waiting for AP, so it feels pretty obnoxious. Considering things take time in the game anyways, I don't really see a reason for the AP mechanic other than slowing things down, so it's hard for me to appreciate it.

You just need to make it so that it doesn't pause when we change tabs so that I can quickly check other idle games while I wat on AP or HP :)

in lost castle, changed a room and it shows nothing, just the background, so its stuck. also a way to sort equipment and auto get rid of junk would help a lot. ap is just a nuisance adds nothing? and time it takes to wood and stone deliberate pauses are bad. player design of a personal character choice would be better than stock. 1st time that i got booted from dream i though it was wasted which sucked, but the shards are easy to get but again ppl may not know. so now i'm stuck on a blank map page with also the fishing rod not stopping. yeah i hate it when get loads of equip and have to wade through and try to decide, not fun chore. also, i see nothing i want to get in store. and to use so much to get a legendary but for it to soon be obsolete by level, or to get a bad random roll on it is not encouraging to buy.

hmm, this kind of reminds me of a cartoonish style version of order of fate on mobile! I love this! It's definitely very engaging! I will definitely be playing this for my youtube channel and even live! Thank you devs!

Whether AP remains a problem depends on how much time you're willing to spend grinding shard dungeons in the first camp. Use the material dungeon to stock up on fruit and pick up some free shards, then #3 in dreamland has an alter right there in the start room, no need to kill anything to farm stats. Save your legendary fruits for when the alter gives RCV (recovery), because you'll be able to get plenty of AP from the gold key chest in #2. Once you've built up your stats enough to kill the monsters safely, start running the full dungeons. If you go through and kill all the monsters first, then work backwards to do the exploration, the debuffs become largely irrelevant. #2 can eventually be completed in under a minute if you skip the trees/stones (those can't be spam clicked unless you get ~3 of them to rotate through, and aren't worth the time they take without it). Attempting to buy out all 9999 of each level of shard from the shard shop is probably overkill.

I don't know if i wasn't lucky but the chest in the second village give me a low level weapon completly useless for 5k gold

The AP mechanic is not enjoyable and becomes exhaustingly annoying when you get a slime debuff. Adventure mode's balance is questionable at best because the optimal way to do it is to *almost* crack/clear all the AP obstacles (stones/trees/river/explore/jar) but NOT trigger any of them because if you get the poison debuff before you've found an herb you're just dead, and the aforementioned Slime debuff for AP makes clearing the adventure miserable, not to mention the slew of other negative modifiers obviously but they don't matter as much.

very enjoyable, if the garden is the only idle element then i would say that mentioning idle gameplay is a stretch :) but anyway it is hard to stop clicking around, gj
