So just to inform some people. Nikichan it is written that it takes its inspiration from Papers please :) And Dedwynde ... it is a magic anvil and even the "bird" itself explains it's a magic anvil at the beginning

No checkpoints/auto-saves during play and being harassed constantly by the bird for being too slow because the timer ticks away during dialogues you can't quicken (same for overnight) really kills this otherwise-would-be-very-decent game for me.

i really wish there was a way to speed up the anvil when he is offering to "magic up" an item for you. I've got to waste time waiting on him to tell me the price.

It's not too bad. I had a really hard time earning any money the first time through (ended with only about 25 gold????), but second time I completed the game with 114 gold!
I feel like some adjustments could be made, and I look forward to it being made longer.
I guess my only negative comment at this time is it's hard to tell how many times I can haggle, and sometimes I'll accidentally click "reject" with no way to correct myself, so there will be times when someone offers a good price, I'll misclick and lose 13 gold for chicken O.O
But there have been times where I see "I offer four gold for a sword. Reject. six, or I walk away. Reject. I offer 10 gold as my final offer!"
But I can never tell if I'll have that chance with someone who offers 9, but COULD offer 13.

Nifty game with a unique storyline and different paths to go down. It's in the same vein as indie dev Lucas Pope's games but with a shop management twist. Pretty short but fun to replay for the various goodies hidden along the storyline. I loved it!

Great game WAAAAYYYY more content needed cuz its that good would love more in depth and a longer story line. Gets rought in gold for a while my dog literally saved my butt

I now attained the king's trust... I want more content to this game, like you could hold out the shop at the palace, and you would enter ''chapter 2'' which would lead to like rebellion being reborn and stuff, and if you sell the orb to lunatic and destroyed rebellion, instead defeat the lunatic, since it would make the game more interesting and longer. I really love the concept and hope for great, future updates!

If you sell the sword to the guy's cousin in the beginning, the guy comes and goes"oh no, why did you sell that to him", and the guy's cousin robs your store that night.

i got 3/4, joined the rebellion, gave the orb to the owner "the official story is that the rebellion got destroyed" what's going on? i want to know more
