Also forgot to add, do you plan on getting this greenlit on steam for money or something? I'd love to see this game on steam and would most definitely pay a good price for it once it's finished.
Maybe at some point in the future - but we would want to separate ourselves more from Papers, Please before we'd ever think about trying to sell the game. Thank you for the support!

I loved this game, a lot and honestly had fun with the kind of papers please style of game but still needs a lot of improving which I'd love to see later on. one thing I'd like to know is, what warrants the king's rating. Like what factors add into his rating?

Thank you to everyone for the helpful comments! If anyone has a suggestion for a hero or plot element to be added to the game, please send it to me in a private message, or leave it in a comment. If we continue development on the game, we'll need all the ideas we can get!

I didn't see much affect in how the rebellion path affected the game, except maybe the mention at the end. I feel like that should have a bigger impact, especially if the king shows his approval.

Make the text go faster. I don't read at 1 word per minute. It'd make the game so much better if there just wasn't a scrolling text mechanic or some way to turn it off.

When interviewed, he would only repeat " BOW GET, FIVE GOLD"
Judging the Hero is from the same place as the bad hagglers, i wouldn't expect less.

another request for a text speed option; i end up waiting half the day for the anvil to state a price for magic-ing stuff up!

Amazing game, rather then the more black-and-white Papers Please, "Is East Grestin in Kolechia??" the game has a much larger risk factor, "Should I reject for a chance at more dosh?" If this game were the length of Papers Please, more items, more scenarios, an equivalent to Jorji Costava, and more functions than "Accept, Reject, and the rarely used Question." Make a bigger and better second game, make it pay to play if you have to, and this will definitely surpass Papers Please.

Would love to see this expanded—as in, being able to restart the game with an advantage or being able to sell a bit more before meeting the king, both to progress the storyline. Five stars!

got 4.0 on my replay :D bad thing progress aint saved at all, like depending on your score, you would get a bonus for when the game continues updating if it ever comes, saving then that progress would attract more people to replay it because it would affect them later.

That was awesome! I great concept with a race against the clock type of feel just like in "Papers, Please", as well as a great use of level ups and questioning heros to find the true one.

Too short! I love it. It's two of my favorite games/genres (Papers, Please along with shop-tycoon) mashed into one with cute retro-style graphics. 5/5

Fun game with a very nice concept (i don't know "papers, please"), but the profit you can make is not sufficient compared to the tax increase... at 10 gold per day tax, or 20 gold tax per day you get broke very easily. also, i find it very hard to determine who is the hero and who isn't (some clues seem decent enough, but i still miss out on selling to the hero)... 3/5

I would have loved the game, but it keeps crashing every time, and without save I always have to restart. 3 stars until fixed.

Rebellion crushed? what? i didnt want to crush the rebellion, plus the king looked like a dirty bum, i didnt believe he was real.

Loved this game, you guys! My only complaint is that it's too short, but "Always leave them wanting more", right? Like someone mentioned, it is delightfully feminiscent of "Papers, please!", what with the *spoiler* rebellion thread, which adds welcome excitement to both games. Anyway, just wanted to give a shout-out! Keep making awesome stuff llike this! :)

Wait a minute! That four-word hero knows five words! (He says 'two' when buying the bow and 'five' at the end of the day - did he learn another one in the meantime?)
