Under rating threshold (show) Good game, though there were a few points like at the very end where I felt that I knew what was flawed without the clarifications, and as such I felt no need to ask for them, which made it quite frustrating at some points.

Under rating threshold (show) So, who is the real arbiter? Friedrich Nietzsche or Socrates? Maybe, Friedrich Nietzsche is the 1st and Socrates is the 2nd?

Under rating threshold (show) That was wonderful, and I can agree with the main character's view in its currently stated form. I hope to see more games of this type in the future, (of similar or better quality hopefully). Truly an amazing experience. Thank you.

Under rating threshold (show) Me: First actual debate, here we go! Eutophryto: Mankind is flawed. Me: Wait, if mankind is flawed, and he's a man, wouldn't that mean he's flawed, and therefore his assumptions cannot be trusted?

Under rating threshold (show) Does anyone else understand that last line at ending? see you in another couple of dozen years... So basically Socrates does get recognised as a philosopher by the universe and thus has a place in the intelligible realm. And of course he dies(no doubt thanks to deer) after a while and returns to take arbiter role

Under rating threshold (show) Socrates' argument against Hobbes is flawed. Though mankind is by nature selfish, he is prevented from breaking the social contract by the fear of retribution from the whole. It is why alliances are more stable the more members they are constituted of.

Under rating threshold (show) Actually I agree more with the some of the philosophers he debate than Socreates' criticisms of their views: Namely the second guywho states Morality is subjective to the individuals and the Hobbles guy. In fact, I am a firm believer that morality doesn't exist: it is a fantasy conjured by the human mind. However, surprisingly, the Arbiter, who is supposed to be the "final boss", was the easiest one, even easier than the first "God guy". OK, maybe it was still harder than Billy's deer repellent, but his was the only one the ended up being somewhat correct, but still, the repellent probably wouldn't stop Socrates from hitting the deer, since he wasn't even paying attention.
