Is there any purpose at all to keeping critters in Zoovillage that have been merged to their maximum level? It's necessary to level them up to max to unlock new areas but once maxed, all they seem to do is eat apples and take up space. I tried selling off a couple of max Hydras half expecting to get an angry PETA style lecture from the overseer (whatever her name is) and to get kicked out of the area, but there wasn't so much as a peep out of her. The fandom page is pretty sparse on details, too, ie. none at all in this case.

Please. Please. Please. Put an undo feature for te merging. My laptop is a bit slow and i did a lot of unintended merging by mistake. Is very annoying when i wanted to stack 9 items and merge 8 of them because the screen scroll when i release the mouse button.

For badgehunters: it takes almost as long to level from 1 to 10 as it does from 11 to 12. You'll probably want to just want to skip the medium badge, as you'll undoubtedly get sick of this 'game' before.

This game is about organizing tons of things in a tiny space. I wonder if by playing it I will improve about having my room or office table organized :P

Has anyone counted how much energy they went through to max a castle? I have about 5200 energy banked and going to run it all through for my next castle but going to take note of how much it took to finish it. I know that its probably semi random what you get when you attack one of the big monsters (like 2 small, 1 medium, 1 big etc) but I also feel like a estimate of 10k energy for one castle start to finish might be close.

Items in-game that need a remove/sell option: Flytraps, anything that requires building (you can only remove/sell after it is built), pumpkin, broom, skull, tombstone, etc. Sometimes you need space more than anything and not being able to remove items is a major kill joy. Also, go easy on the time to build, those are way out of control in the too long department.

rancid choice for BOTD, rancid badge rankings (got a medium LONG before the level 8 badge), pay to win game... bad choice all round. :\

A merge-oriented game with severe predatory mechanics and progression curve slower than a snail's pace. Highly suspicious competitive modes. Incredibly poor choice for a badge of the day this week as well. Any potential for entertainment is quickly diminished by the prevalent interruptions of gameplay by adverts.

Here is something that i noticed: when you try to merge items and you get a message saying "Merge X to get Y" it means you already have said items lying around.

There should be a confirmation when merging. Yes it would be a bit annoying, but much much less than messing up your plans (and setting you back a few hours) because not all items where included in the merge.
You know what, make it an on/off setting so the pros don't get bothered and the klutz like me don't fumble all th time.

i wish the game would merge 2 sets, because i often have a bunch of 2 sets going at the same time. a lot more than 3 sets.

This has become pretty much a trend for Kong: 1. Give an imbalanced badge to a game, and 2. Make it BOTD, and thus 3. Make people angry, and as a result 4. Game loses points in ranking.
Is there any profit to it? :/

the comments section lol. guys if you dont like the game you dont have to play it. also the BOTD doesnt take that long. if you even remotely put some thought into it you can achieve it in a day easily. infact look at me i did it. and didnt play early all today. sooo idk. also theese are idle games they arent meant to be played and beaten in 1 sittin you progressively over time beat them.

Some games are free-to-play/pay-to-win. THIS game is free-to-wait/pay-to-play -- sure, you don't HAVE to pay the skinflints who made it anything, but you'll spend so much time sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING that it can't even be called 'playing' anymore. I might as well be growing ACTUAL crops!

Some of the daily goals in this game are a joke and there should be some way to dismiss them in favor of daily goals that are actually possible... I have currently got 2 daily goals for area's I've not unlocked yet and probably won't for a week or more due to needing approx. 1k keys I do not have

Even when you budget as well as I do, use gems, and carefully, penny pinchingly calculate exact costs taking everything into account it still takes aeons to get to level 8 FROM level 7.

Took me around 10 hours, might've wasted one or two by not always going for the merging bonus of 9 or 17. Only discovered very late that you can timeskip.
Combo Master or Combo Character Collector would've been better BOTDs :v

It took me 3 days to get an "easy" badge. Reaching level 8 is long enough to make it the hard badge. Besides that, every second click offers some paid content and I hope to never see this game again as a BOTD.

Did the characters get a graphical update? There is something kinda unsettling about some of them now. They also don't fully match their on-tile selves anymore. Why is Hog Rider's hog naked? I have questions.

It takes waaay to long to get the BOTD! I got the medium badge "Combo Character Collector Badge" in less than an hour and in 2 hours I don't even have the BOTD.

It's funny checking back every so often and watching the rating slowly collapse on these shit-tier cashgrab BOTD "games". Like, congrats! The entire remaining userbase on Kong now hates your game! Was it worth it?

would love option to rewind last ation... i try to move something... but accidentally they merge... or I want to clikc 1 thing but press key next to it and its collected... doesnt ask whether I want to collect or not

The Combo Character Collector Badge (medium) is easier than Apprentice of the Craft Badge (easy) because I'm still level 6.

Extremely slow, super pushy, takes forever, so many "microtransactions" that there's nothing micro about them.
With an "easy" badge that will take you far more than a day to unlock.
When flash died, so did most quality on Kongregate, who has never heard of quality control.
