xclocoxo2, it's purposely designed to be predatory like that so you have a high chance of wasting the special currency. You might also notice how big the button is, as well as how much space of other squares it encroaches on. It's on purpose, that's one of the conniving tactics "people" like this use to potentially bring in the money.

Great. Another "undersea" advanture that is purely busywork designed to make us click on something every 10 seconds, occupying all your time and then you would have to wait for HOURS to spawn anything. If you want us to actually do these sidequests then do it like zoo village.

Why even keep rubies as a currency? You can't use them for anything worthwhile anymore. New temp map today, first little area 9 kreds. I won't tell you how to spend your money but there is nothing worth spending kreds on the game. Save your money for a developer who deserves it and earned it by earning your respect with a awesome game. Don't be like me and stick around just to complain about the good old days in the game: Rubies bought you new areas and meant something to save for.

Those 7 premium islands that surround me are now only available for kreds instead of for rubies. I guess people were cheating infinite rubies and buying them for free, so that's no longer possible. But now people can't even save up for those islands for free.

The easy badge for reaching level 8 in this game either takes 3 days or microtransactions. Remember this is how Kongregate values your time and money.

Don't rely on the red dot with exclamation to tell you that you haven't built something before merging items as it doesn't always show and you'll end up not getting what you want

*gets Starter Pack popup ad* WTF?!! I paid the 9 Kreds for that way in my beginning and now it's back like I never bought it and going to be yet ANOTHER piece of sh-- ad popping up all the time?! This... THIS is just another reason to never buy anything of any of the popup ads, except maybe the... can't remember what it's called, but the thing that gives you 450 gems per level-up through level 50.

I gave up on this game at level 24. after months of saving up gems to buy the additional islands, the devs switched ALL BUT ONE to real money only. Sad to put that much work into an enjoyable game and have the rug pulled out with no warning. I'm done now.

You know what I would pay real $ for in relation to this game? A program some genius comes up with to autoplay the game itself. Even better if it could be universal to all games like this and Idle games, as long as there is a template of any given game that is set into the program to know what to do. X out of any and all pay ads, set priority preferences of when, on what and to what degree/amount of time to spend energy, special times to spend special currency like gems, what structures to focus on building, etc. Most of all, something you could leave on 24/7 on any device, so you can have it constantly going while you do literally anything else in other windows/tabs. I wouldn't mind being device specific, as I have a lapt-op besides my PC. I wouldn't pay a lot for something like this, but at this point with things like this "game", I'd find it worth it enough to save time, which can't be recovered once lost, especially since some badges are purposely made to take 12+ months.

I like the fact how the developer response to one of the top comments specifically states that this is a product, not a game. And that is exactly what this feels like, alongside the plentiful clones they have made of this same thing.

Just when I thought they couldn't add anymore predatory microtransactions I see a bug with a balloon attached to it. So click it and well well well spend 9 kreds for some items. When is this going to stop? Greedy devs.

6 different UI buttons asking you to spend real money. 3 more on the game field buttons asking for more real money. A fly by button occasionally asking for more money... I have barely played so I can only imagine how many more are going to show up.

Yeah, seriously; revisions are for making the game better. The only revisions these money grubbers ever make is to restrict the player and hold their wallet hostage. Although, what would one expect when it's owned by China? (based in Singapore)

Before you try for any badges (or in other words "Heed Our Warnings": 1. Any of the simple badges will take a little time. We say this because everything and anything is time gated in the game. You'll start with seconds, move to minutes, then will hit the day+ mark. 2. Devs hate you. Everything was (and we mean WAS) achievable without spending real $. If your thinking about the impossible - think again. You WILL be spending real $ if you want this badge within a year or two. We are dead serious. 3. Merge in highest amounts you possibly can. Higher amounts = better merges = faster progress. BUT again real $ is the driving force here. Don't expect anything fast or cheap. 4. Expeditions: You'll have one shot at them and then have to wait possibly up to a year for it to return. All you are getting is a useless item to decorate your island in one spot with. We'd be better off if dev just gave us the 4 squares to use instead. If you want the badge quickly, good luck.

The translation is absolutely terrible, the game is unplayable in my native language. Don't do localisations if you have to do it in so shitty way.
