I regularly have issues with my inventory loading incorrectly. The icons are question marks and I can't see amount of the items that do load. It is game breaking.
Hello Markoz2002, as you unlock more blueprints, the heroes will begin to ask more items that they can equip. You may also try suggesting a different item.

i dont see a reason that we need a required level to claim a reward in the Castle??????because if a low lvl join a high city and can only claim 10 reward that not pretty cool instead make it in the next patch with no lvl required to claim,and ty.
Hello GoldMaker312, this is to prevent low level players from joining high level cities during raid to exploit the high level prizing to power-level through the Trade House.
To confirm, your Rogue heroes were being suggested with items to sell by your shopkeeper and when you try to exit from that menu, it takes about 10 tries to get out of there? Please give us more information by sending us a ticket here: https://cloudcade.helpshift.com

Great job Cloudcade! I'm so happy you were able to develop your own game instead of working on a Swords & Potions 3 game - this game is much richer, fuller, and well planned. I love that you're doing regular updates and taking the suggestions of your player base into consideration. Also, thanks for not making it ridiculously painful to play without sinking abhorrent amounts of money into the game ;) Edgebee is a sinking ship, and it's their own greed and lack of updates/debugging that has done them in, and I don't see that as being a problem with Cloudcade!

Hello there. It's a really nice game but i have one teeny problem with it... cauldron's fusing time... Could you either increase the limit of cauldrons to 3 or decrease the fusing time depending on it's level? Or even a combination of both... It takes way too long to fuse... 9 minutes for a lvl 18 item...
P.S.: I wouldn't have this problem if i were able to play 24/7...

I'm not sure if someone suggested it already - but there might be some improvements with chat. Not sure if in-game town forum is too much, but deciding what world room choose would be great :)

I'd like 2 colors of ! on the chat thingy to show if u missed any town chat or if its just world chat that i'm not always paying attention to. The red ! could be world and a blue one could go beside it if u missed town chat I'd rly like that.

The new major funcion is nice but are bit annouing to use.
Explan: i have locked the town hall after 24h i want lock garden but i must click any times to find it. with an button on citybuilding or listfunction would make it a way easyer to search for an new one.

I doubt I've seen all the buildings yet but just incase there isn't one how about a hospital you can invest in to make heros recover faster

Like collecting resources, it would be cool if you could swipe across the screen to collect all made items/quests (of course this would require skipping some occasionally important info, so it may be better as a non-default enable-able option)

Hi there, we've worked hard to make all of the core content of the game accessible without spending. Many of these items unlock for in-game gold at specific levels. We've continued to add more ways to earn free gems in game. We'll continue try and improve the experience in the future.

after about level 20 game play really slows down and becomes tedious, unless you spend of lot of money on gems to speed things up. I understand that the point is to encourage players to buy gems so your game continues to be funded, but it really feels to me like you don't get nearly enough bang for your buck out of your gems.

if you do something a quest would ask you to do, before you get the quest for it (second crafting slot as an example) the quest won't detect that you'd already done it.

i really like the game and appreciate your updates... you hear our call. refering to alexzzzk comment... i think high level heros shouldnt be able to fail low dungeons... a lvl 17 hero who fail sewers?

this is rong why at lvl16 in raid we hadto be at lvl26+ to get rewards is meanless just put the city raidsfor all lvl so low level can benefit this

When a customer asks for something you don't have you should be able to craft it straight from the sale window instead of going back and looking for it through the craft menu.

What do you think happens when you reward the one who loot the most on the city raid? Yeah... half of the city gets locked out and the raids ended before it starts...

I have 291K. I want to invest in the level 29 Town Hall, which is discounted by the mayor and the "button" price is 281.25K. The button is inactive, as if I didn't have enough money to make the purchase, and I am unable to make the investment.

Every time I start the game it has reset language to local according to my ip adress. Can't you guys just make English the default language? Localizations are just awful.
