Hi Roolet, Thank you for the feedback. We have been slowly re-working the interface to make it feel smoother and less cluttered. We'll continue to do so. The game is designed to be casual at first glance, but yes, gets more complex as you continue playing. All core content in game is designed to be unlocked for FREE just by leveling up! Additionally, we've added a number of ways to earn gems for free in game such as roulette, story quests, special orders, the trade house and several other ways! We'll continue to work on optimizations and hope to win you over in the future! :D

I really appreciate the fact that the tutorial teaching you how to use gems to speed up the process doesn't actually make you use up gems :D
Of course, and there are many ways to earn gems in the game too! Such as watching video ads in your gem store or from the Fortune Teller from your Inn. Finishing quests, achievements, and leveling up will also help you gain these.

Yea, when I first saw it, I thought exact copy of S&P2... but heres the deal. S&P2 devs don't interact with the players, and update maybe 2 times a year. Even when massive community outcry happens, it takes a long time for a response.
A good game is defined by how interactive the developers are. Hands down.

Dear cloudcade, have you noticed that repairing an item is actually more expensive than buying one from market with gems? you should check it by yourself.
We do not control prices on the Trade House. If you are able to buy the item on the Trade Houe without repairing, then we encourage you to do this instead!

Actually I'd like to know the math behind crafting and mastery points. With 555 points between 6 workers you would think, while crafting baseline 'good' harps 40+ times, I'd get more than 3 'great' harps to pop up. Any other time, even on higher end items, I have no problem getting higher procs. I just don't understand it, unless you artificially keep a valuable precraft's numbers low. No way in heck I can afford 1k gems for another fusion slot.
Your workers produce each of their discipline every minute, capped by your workstations.
An item's skills is the base to determine how much time it takes to craft it.
If an item requires 20 Metalworking and you have the blacksmith with 10 metalworking it will take you 2 minutes.
If your blacksmith has 20 metalworking but your metalworking station is capped at 10, you will still craft it in 2 minutes.
If you upgrade your metalworking station to 20 you will now craft it in 1 minute

hero 1 here i go off to kill the rat king while inside oh i just totally forgot what i was doing and tripped and started flailing around hero 1 returns to the shopkeeper and they ask why the heck are you all bruised and stuff you should have EASILY beat the rat king hero 1 responds with idk i just spontaneously forgot what i was doing and how to use everything what players think when their heroes come back with a spontaneous loss despite overwhelming power

@alagado that's not true, they're worth WAY MORE than 1k, if 240 gems = 90 Millions.... They just don't have to spend their gems... at least not untill they can unlock the 2nd fusion slot, wich asks for 1k gems

Please Cloudcade. Get some1 else to set the rewards from chests/wheel/quests because you certanly have NO IDEA how to do it. Spending over 200 gems to get chests and keys to open them and get a quest item wich you already had the max amount you could is really awfull. Please... stop doing it yourself, hire some1 or ask some1 to do it, you dont know how to.
We have a set percentage to win and has not changed. It could just be bad luck as there had been players that have won consecutive good prices and sometimes not at all. We'll send your feedback to our dev team for any considerations in the future though it is not a guarantee.

appeal score is so dumb. i can decorate my shop with all manner of things to make it look fancy as hell but then someone buys 1 rug for 200 gems and has 10x my score.

I have an idea. If we can't buy 4 tier workers for gems and have blueprints so maybe developers can add options to game to hire them for gems every day. If we stopped pay for their work they will take day off and will only back when we will pay again.

Arena isn't working... It is stuck on the "cannot find the opponent" message.

I get pushing out another broken build...people make mistakes (some make more than others), but disabling the back button to make you reload to play the game? That's just being an asshat.

Love the arena! Too bad it causes the whole game to become unstable! Inventory especially seems prone to crashes, and the reload hangs 1/3 times. Tried different browsers, but no joy, is mobile more stable?
