Too short, but concept is nice. Good graphic for a flash game. 7.5/10.
The last battle: Mucus tail + Mace horn are must-haves because of their damage, Dino skin for HP and Godzilla legs for crits, the rest should be Attack for more damage. Only attack when you can deal significant damage this turn and use stun often.

This game is actually really fun, the only reason I'm rating it lower than most people is because I was on the final level and the guy was 1 hit away from dead, I waited almost 5 turns before I got an attack thing, but before I could use it I got 1-shot by the special attack... 7/10

Final boss was honestly easy for me, only took one try. Just have to spend everything you can on HP and attack (choosing the most efficient ones) and make sure to buy the 'Mace Horn' and one of the special tails. Those give you some of the best attacks, which are vital for killing the final boss. Also, don't be afraid to heal yourself every few turns (at least)

I just get a couple of HP upgrades and then max my attack. I usually own because I can eat some hits and keep them on the defensive half the time.

Good game, but for the final 2 fights, you are definitely at a disadvantage. The final boss has 900hp, and with maxed out attack, you're dealing 15-20 damage with a good attack if he isn't defending. This will take forever to take down, but possible. What makes it impossible is that he's hitting you for 40-60 every time, by the time you think you've made a dent in his hp, he heals for +100hp, and you have 1/2 health left, and he's full health once again. Regardless of the mutation arrangements I've tried, I only once got him to 1/2 health, and that was because I got 2 special attacks, he then healed with a critical and was back to 700 health.
If you could upgrade your mutant to at least be on the same playing field as the boss it's be great, but he has maxed EVERYTHING, and you, well, you suck.

Ok First of all can you change the type of dog cause im kinda bored with the dog that looks like a boxer and is called a retriver and i really am going for some mutations even cooler

Opponent profiles would be good. If we know opponent is strong on defense or offense, we can adjust our mutations accordingly.

I see an claw, an elephant-looking foot, a jaw, etc...but I don't know what they do until I use them. Are they attack, defense, etc? How much damage do they do?

Some monsters are way too lucky, and EVERY SINGLE TURN they can do something that, when you have the gene that allows you to do that, you can only do it once per 10 or so games.

monkey boss and final boss require some luck. The monkey's meteor attack can be reduce to below 200 if you equip all defense. He is prone to spamming it when low on health and it can crit. Another thing is that tentacle and horn genes grant new attacks that can go over 100 points of damage easily.

I think that firstly this game would need a bigger variety of skills , " Spider head giving web stunning blow , dragon wings could allow player to fly away to evade the next attack ... You see the point ? After i really think that more basic bodies need to be availlable , Unlocked and lastly i'd like to see what are the next three skills block that are going to be given to me so it would allow me to plan a strategy and use or not stunning attacks or things like that ... ( Maybe a way to " Customize" a " Deck" of block used in battle ? )

May I make a suggestion. We start with the puppy body then as we defeat the first boss we get the dog body and so on with different stats to bodies. Also overall stats, some generic builds like attack, defense, hp, dexterity(what does it stand for?)? but still 4/5 an overall nice game can use some additional adjustment.
