i have had a chance to test this game and for the most part it is a solid game with room to grow and build. rewards for conquered counties seems a little low considering how much resources goes into occupying them. but all in all I give 3/5 stars (an argument can be made for 4 stars based on the amount of growth/content potential)
Thank you very much for the feedback. We released to test the waters hence why we've added a lot of room to grow and add content because we planned ahead in case there was a good reception. The rewards for conquered countries add up and you are rewarded much more for having conquered more countries but our future update has a lot more plans such as special unlocks and a new currency gained to unlock these things that can only be gained from conquering new countries. We also plan to do more with Catherine since people think she has a hilarious personality :P

It would be amazing if this game could run offline because most incrementals don't do that and I'm guessing that it takes CPU usage and costly or whatever. But if it is possible it would be amazing

ALSO ABOUT LOOSING DARK KNIGHT!!!! MUST READ!!!
1) when you come back after awhile and in ALTAR you see "total amout (20.000)"
and want to reset then dont go straight to options and reset, check notice under reset button,if there is another number,not that one what is writed in altar,then just buy 1 altar more and then reset,the after reset amount will be fixed
Interesting, and confirmed. Although its strange that the number printed under the reset button is the exact same variable that thats on the button! We will look into this issue. Should be fixed in the next patch! Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

dark knights dosnt give anything, i have 24k dark knights, and stilll get the same amount as i had before reset when i had only 1.7k dks

army power is totally broken, i have 3million troops and only 1.667 army power, that means that i cant even conquer the second country but i own most of the upgrades and half the achievements :/ when will army power start increasing in a reasonable way?
How many dark knights do you have? In my current game I have 3530 dark knights, 2604.23 power and 5.2 million troops. I'm sure we've repeated how important dark knights are =). Get you some! We are working on a re-balance to adjust the rates since people don't like dark knights =(.

There is nothing in the game that lets you 'lose' dark knights. I really don't know how you would lose 6,181 dark knights. Do you have any more specific information on what you may have been doing? Did you close the game after you reset? Did Unity crash while you were resetting that would cause it to revert to a previously saved value? Even so, the game saves every 10 seconds... ~Taiga
Well I work a full time job and use all my free time to program for this game so that's why we decided to release right now instead of adding a lot of new content. Just to see the reception it would get. We were worried that if we added TOO many things, people would think the game was too complicated or 'busy feeling'. But now we see that that's not really the case and people would appreciate more things, we peek at the suggestions and make notes ;) <3 ~Taiga

Just a question about the achievements. Since you keep them after the reset. Does that mean that their bonus is added straight away to the first level buildings?
Because I noticed that after I get a reset you don't get the achievements again, and it doesn't actually make it noticeable if it does add to your buildings after the reset.

Ok for those who where wondering,,the first conquest is worth it, 50M for 25k gold on fairly fast timer...but second conquest is 550M,,,that s 1100% more expensive than first for a reward 150% bigger, a whoopass 37k....WOOT!!! i wont ever try for the 3rd one,,,wont pay billions for scrape change
Conquering the countries is the goal of the game. Collecting large amounts of gold and saving it all is great but this game isn't about saving all your money, it's about getting resources faster and faster so you can take all the countries in the world. The first country gives 25k, second country gives 37k. both add up to 62k, next country will add up and next country will add up. These are progressive gains. There is a greater reward for winning many countries, not so much of a reward for taking Astrila :P Also consider that all TROOP gaining Economy objects are very slow, the troop gains from conquered countries move a lot faster so there is really a lot more being given to you than you think. That said, we are already working on a very big change to what you can get from controlling other countries. We were waiting to see how good this game would have done before deciding to create a lot of new content. It seems ok so far and we will definitely update, trust us ;) <3 Taiga

Personally I would recommend .05% instead of .005% for the dark knights but other than that it seems like a very solid and fun game :) I hope you continue with it and it gets even better :)

i just bought animal husbandry,,,,it s supposed to be 2x farm gold....got an increase of about 10%....not worth the 880 millions spent

Nothing works but the initial screen (Economy?), and if I click on options, I cant get back to the main screen. Achievements, Map, and Upgrades do nothing when they are clicked on.
Is the zoom correct? if the graphics look out of place the actual button "element" will not be aligned with the graphical representation of the button and can cause this issue. Check your zoom setting on your browser, and try a cache clear. We are currently working on zoom comparability. but have no ETA yet. Sorry for the inconvenience!

It would be so sweet if you could add a PVP function to it. For each county you own you can use your troops to take over another players country. You keep 5% of their gold and troops. Offensive player loses troops equal to the country troops attacks. Defensive player keeps troops. That way troops have more value.
That's a very good idea but its far outside the scope of the current code-base and would require a complete rework (1 to 2 months including testing). It may be an idea for a future sequel? Who knows! Thanks for the suggestion!

So you have not implemented offline time its quite annoying to come back after 8 or so hours and see no progress with the game being closed.
The offline time is implemented and it works fine. Catherine will tell you what your gains are while you were gone. Dark Knights also gain offline, Catherine doesn't tell you how many you have though but you can look at the total on the Altar or in the options screen.

dark knight bonus should affect country production, and country production should get a massive base boost - just not worth it otherwise
There will be changes to country production in a later update. Base rates have already been boosted 1000x original, and will receive no further upgrade until that update. Thanks for the feedback!
They released a beta version that's actually an 'alpha' version and let people publish things. It said "latest STABLE build" when we decided to make a game for version 4.6. Had we known it was going to cause all kinds of issues we would have never done it. In fact, majority of the issues we have going on with our game are being caused by the beta. Unfortunately we can't do a whole lot about the unity web player issue. You can load the game on another browser and try that that sometimes works. Or you can keep refreshing or close your browser and reopen that also sometimes works. Ultimately Unity needs to update and fix their web browser. Really sorry for the inconvenience, it does work just has that stupid problem happen sometimes it will eventually stop. ~Taiga

For me it would be great if the interface would seperate gold buildings and army buildings, also utilizing screen space instead of giving me scroll bars would help give a better overview. - Thirdly a quick view to see how many of a certain building (and a small bar to see how far to the next acheivement on the building page) instead of having to hover over the building would be neat too.
Not now but we have a big update planned that will take a few weeks (mainly because I'm doing all the programmer but I also work a full time job on the side >_>) We will be adding new stuff and that is when we will be separating things by tabs to make it feel a lot more organized for all of you! I think gold per sec/troops per sec would be better to add instead of timer on how long it lasts for them because you could get a better idea on what would be better to upgrade if you need more troops or gold because you can upgrade based on the better troop/gold per sec
I'm taking the gold/troop per second into consideration but perhaps you can enlighten me a little. The only building that finishes once per second is the farm. The market finishes once per 2 seconds and goldmine once per 4 seconds (roughly). Do people really want to see a gold/troop per second for things that are not actually giving you anything every second? It just feels kinda inaccurate to me to say you are getting anything per second when you are only gaining something once the bar finishes. If it's what people really want, I'll do it but I'm curious about what people can use this for so I can design it right. ~Taiga

Not a big deal, but it looks like army power only recalculates on ticks of barracks and arena. It gives credit for troops added from castles and cathedral, but only updates with the other two.
The powers of perception are strong in this one! That's exactly what the current glitch is. You still gain power from total troops. Castle and Cathedral just aren't properly running the method that recalculates it. It will be addressed soon!

Not sure how it is for the rest, but for me Castle and Cathedrals' troops gives no Army Power, making Castle worthless and Cathedral the worst of the goldgainers. Until it gets fixed, do not invest in them early on or at all.
Its a known issue. The actual behind the curtains issue for this is that we have each cycle calling a method to update the totals on the display, for some reason the castle and cathedral are not properly calling that method on completion, but they are adding to total troops. When barracks or arena complete, they are calling the method, which modifies current army power by current troops. So you ARE gaining power from castle/cathedral. We will put out an update to fix this as soon as the fix for blury tool tips is ready! Sorry for the confusion!

It's actually half implemented already, but there is no real documentation on setting up a text input field with the new Unity GUI, so we have it on backburner! In a future update, the current save button will serve as an export and we will have a button to load/import! Thanks for playing!

After I defeat the astrilla I lose all my troops and bp even though it indicated that about a 10th was lost and a 3rd would be stationed in the new country
You should have your remaining troops returned to you after you click accept on the after battle scroll! If this is not the case then there is a bug! Looking into it now!

Timers would be nice. Especially for the longer waits like the cathedral. To give a sense of how long it'd take to get X out of them for us number crunchers.
We are working on a form of timer display for a future update! Not sure at this point if we want to go with timers, or just display the gold/troops per second for various structures. What would you rather see? Thanks for the feedback!

I have a slight question about dark knight. At this very moment, i have 31.000 dark knight, now, let's "suppose" i reset with "only" 10 dark knight, will i get 31.010 dark knight after reset, or only 10 dark knight?
... Or in short : Is the "old dark knight" converted to the new game run?
Yes, Dark knights continually add to the total. The most efficient way to gain them is to boost your gold production and buy altars early in the game! We are working on a possibly more interactive way to deal with the reset and with captured countries! Thanks for playing!

Are the various multipliers all continuous, or immediate functions? Simply put does it matter when I do upgrades? Can I do them anytime they come up and continually reap the benefit?

4-5 hours to conquer Astrila, reward 25k gold and 50 troops every couple of sec.. another 20 hours or so to conquer Cuoowania, reward 37,5k gold and 62 troops.. to conquer you have to spend/lose 550 million, 500k troops and ~1000 army power..is this a joke? played most of the idle games on kongregate, have to say this is most unbalanced one i've seen..awful
Countries have already been boosted by quite a lot. They will not receive a further boost until we implement a more interactive system for them, including upgrades and buildables. Thanks for playing, Keep an eye on the news section for update news when its avaliable!

It might be beneficial to add in a gold/sec, troop/sec underneath. It would make it easier to decide where to spend resources more efficiently. Currently you just have a gold/ troop per "tick" but all of the "tick"s are on a different time scale, like the farm has a very low gold output but very high "tick" rate as opposed to the gold mine. Since I don't know how long the actual "tick" is, it makes it slightly more difficult to find out where to spend my gold. Also under the achievements, when you receive one it states that you get a % increase to either gold/troop production but is it for that specific building or universal, the wording makes it unclear.
The achievements only affect the building they are for as indicated by the icons! Gold & Troop/sec displays are an upcoming feature! Thanks for playing!

Would be nice to have a stats pannels which shows off % gold gained formula (With the Achievement multiplier + Dark knight and maybe ur other buffs u're planning to add on country ? ) and a Gold Per Sec / Troop per Sec (Global and tooltip for each building )

Seems to be some kind of bug that Firefox is appearing to be zoomed in to where i cant see the full screen. Is this just me or everyone else?
Yes, unfortunately this is partly our fault, and partly firefox for randomly changing your zoom level! We are working to make the game support and automatically adjust to what ever level zoom your currently at. But this will take some time =(. Until then you can work around it by zooming out a few clicks in your browser. Sorry for the inconvenience!

On Idle games, I enjoy having a clicker option wherein I can speed up production of something if I am bored by clicking it over and over rapidly. Also, it would be nice to have a progressive current total statistics tab to look at to see where I stand with all kinds of stats like (times restarted, total upgrades to farming since beginning, and $ per second, time played, etc.) Great game so far, I am really enjoying it!
We hate clicker options! The health of your hands/wrists are important to us! A statistics page is a definite possibility, But it will have to wait until we rework the UI to support larger resolution and zooming! Great suggestion! Glad you like it so far, and Thanks for playing!

so i enslav...LIBERATED astrila and they give me 25k gold and 50 troops,way too low. Why don't you make each country give you a % increase in gold/troops produced from buildings? something like 10% each maybe?

It's weird I have to spend "so much gold" to conquer territories, when I already spent quite a few resources building up the army. I wish the army had a secondary purpose since it seems to be worth more to just aim for gold which is used for everything anyways.
Its all part of the incremental game process. We are working on some enhancements that will make the captured countries more profitable with upgrades. Stand by for news!

@BRD1985 actually 2800 Dark Knights only give a boost of 280% so 2.8times your normal gold/troop gain. so with around 30k DKs and one the second baracks achievement you should have 6troops per baracks so 1200 troops with 200 baracks ...

I think Catherine should find a hobby, and we choose:
- sacrifying peasents for fun (to enchance their gold production),
- praying her black magic in her room (that boost DK production),
- or showing her cute face in villages ( for upgrading enlistment )
So she could be pretty AND usefull ;)

I do love how despite how egomaniacal and tsundere Catherine is, she actually makes life somewhat better for her subjects with things like literacy and technological advancements. Besides the slavery and death, of course.

I'm glad to see the rewards for conquering countries have gone up, but one more thing about that system that bugs me is the fact that you can have countries which are 5-6x times as large as another one but have a much smaller army... example/ Taluht Isle vs Cudowana...
