I have Unity and everything, but the game doesn't work for me. I'm on windows 7. The screen is pure white. I have uninstalled Unity and reinstalled it a bunch of times. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
Did you try clearing your cache? Also i had issues myself this morning with kongregate not loading the actual game. Was getting a "server cannot be found" message in the game window instead of the game! Could be something like that =\. Try clearing cache, if that doesn't work, give it a few minutes and it should correct! Sorry for the problems!

Did you nerf income in the latest update as well (or fix a bug)? That could be why people are complaining about the offline gains. I made 700 billion overnight pre update and right now my online gains are more like 1 billion every 4 hours with me only buying temples with the 700 billion.
Nope. I've been working on fixing up and redoing all the math calculations for the last 5 days now, the only update we've made so far is just changes to the offline gains code which actually fixed a huge bug that was going on with it that granted players a lot more money than they should have gotten while offline. But when I finish this next update, costs of everything will be going down by a lot. I adjusted the multiplier for costs from 1.035 to 1.015 and it's made a major difference to what things end up costing 1000+ later. I felt the values were unrealistic and over exaggerated and I think players will enjoy the game more like this. <3 Taiga

When I click into another tab then click back into the game has a chance of crashing. Just so you know, great game tho

I didnt understan what is going on but, in my laptop the version is '' 1.0a '' and in my pc its '' 1.0 '' only. I cant get anything from idle on my pc.

Since the production times differ it would help to be able to see the gold/second or troops/second of a building, since I currently don't know if I am better off investing in farms or markets.
Also, the +50% output on the achievements isn't really effecting me as much as I thought it would...
We are working on something like this for a future update! Though it will probably be gold per second instead of a time. Also, some of the achievements don't calculate correctly, working hard to bring out a patch for that, as well as some nice cost adjustments. Stay Tuned!

the third upgrade looks useless for me. I've never bought it but regarding the description it add +2 to multiplier (i.e 20 K dark knight). A bit low regarding the cost if I'm not wrong.

hey can you add a forum post for this game? that would be a good idea for if you have a bug you can post it their then you will be able to reply to it and a forum would be good for pretty much everything
Kongregate staff have to add a forum once a game gets popular enough! I think our rating might still be a little too low! Tell your friends to hit that 5 star! =)
1 second was a developer cheat that accidentally got left on from testing. Sorry for the confusion! We will be adjusting battle progression speed, possibly in the upcoming patch! Watch the news section for updates!

For the greatest conqueror leaderboard it seems that it only depends on the farthest country conquered and not all in total.Pls fix this.

Each conquered country should also gives you some unique buildings or upgrades. For example: Astrila - unlocks Trade Post (building, generate gold) Coowana - unlocks Trade Post upgrades (t1 - Trade Post gold produsing increased by 5% for each conquer country, t2 - by 10%, t3-15%, t4-20%) Ija - unlocks Mages Guild (building, produce mages with a low troops effect, but hight power) etc.

Yeah, I do. You could put a line of code that would set gold production to 1, black knights, troops and troop production at 0 if those values go past a formula akin to "value= max plausible production per day*number of days playing". They could probably get around it but that will require a lot more work. And cheaters are lazy. I should know, I cheat on DVD games.

At the moment there is no point in building troops / attacking other countries because the benefit of doing that is SO low, this needs to be addressed as it is meant to be the main part of the game, the benefit of taking over a new colony should outstrip the cost of taking it, otherwise what is the point of taking it in the first place?

If these have not been posted yet , suggestions from me : Add a button showing amount of buildings built on all buildings without pointing on them. 10x and 100x button. Some music. Faster troop making so it doesn't take over 2 days to conquer the first city on map. When pointing on a building with 'buy maximum' button it shows how much it will give after using all gold on it, would be helpful if it would show how much more it gives instead of how much it will have. + if you want all these!

It would be cool if the update list was only shown to you when there was something new since the last time you loaded the game. Or at least in a clearer way, with an easy to see update date, so we know when was it.
Sorry about that. The actual list is part of kongregates layout and out of our control to determine when it shows up. But the past few days I've had to post important messages to it to try and control PMs and bug reports on the same things over and over =).
First report of that I've seen! Can you still click things? Try clearing your cache, and/or install the latest unity webplayer. Seems to fix most minor glitches!
Pretty sure i caught the issue. It was with first time players getting a silent exception thrown because they didn't have a save file yet for the offline calculation system to compare to, that some reason didn't get triggered on any of our test machines (Damn you static variables)! Try again and see if you get 1.0a!

Whaaaat? The game has offline mode? That makes a lot more sense.
Nothing happening for me offline - no "no text" in options screen. Says "version 1.0". Google Chrome - latest version, Windows 7.

Hey yotsuba, try putting in some independant vars, which are just a function of the troop number e.t.c and check using that.
I only have 20 hours a week to program for this game. Do I use the next 2-3 weeks trying to stop API hackers, or do I use it to make you guys new content? I'm probably going to close down the API instead. I'm sorry about that. ~Taiga
The cheaters are why we haven't been able to release legitimate new content yet. We're sitting here coding to get rid of them =/ You can't have 100 million + dark knights in 6 days. Sigh. Not sure why, but I had about 480 Million after 5 hours or so, then when I refreshed the game it said I earned 1.12 Billion or so while I was gone for those few seconds the page was reloading.
Yes, this was an error in an internal calculation not cascading through to the next day and essentially turning the clock back 24 hours after midnight UTC. Its been patched in the last hour but you had your game running before that. Enjoy the bonus gold!

Whenever I target a country it drains my entire army forcing me to build back up from scratch even if the requirement is only half of my forces.
Not a bug. When you attack a country currently it sends ALL of your current troops to fight the battle. After the battle ends, a battle summary report will display on the map and you need to click "accept" it will return the troops you didn't lose back to your army pool.

army power of them 3,100 and 550k troops. i had any army power over 160k, with 30 million troops, yet it took about 5 mins for me to beat them and lost over 2.5 million troops.....right
While we plan to make dark knights affect how long a battle will take to finish, 5 minutes is a very short time already lol. There are many factors that go into deciding your losses for a 'real' battle, as well as how long a 'real' battle would take. We simplified all of these factors into our game design decision, sorry you dislike having to wait 5 minutes for a battle to finish but, even with my changes to let dark knights help reduce troops lost and how long the battles take, it will never be less than 5 minutes since I personally feel this is more than reasonable. I will be completely changing how the entire conquest part of the game works in upcoming content so please look forward to that. We didn't anticipate the game to get so big this quickly otherwise we wouldn't have launched it yet lol, hope you can have some patience I haven't slept in days >_> ~Taiga

I'd like to see an achievement tracker, letting you see the amount of farms, markets..etc, until you reach the next achievement. I'm sure there are more important things to worry about first. It just happened to be one of the first things i checked but this is already quite a nice game, good job devs!
Thanks, Glad you like it! Each achievement is simply 100 more than the last. So you can easily track your progress by looking at how many buildings you have purchased. If it says 350. that means there's 50 to go until the next achievement!

i know you mentioned about the hack score boards of dark knights when you fix the patch to exploit the game will those usernames get banned from leaderboardbecause i find it unfair i only have like 225000 dk's and people got like 1.8 bil clearly modded because i know if they leader boards were without modder's it wouldnt make me seem like i am barley progressing in the game
Once we find a fix, score board reporting variables will be completely changed and measures will be taken to detect altered scores and prevent hacked data from submitting to the API. Sorry for the frustration!

If you have 1500x the troops that the country you're attacking does, you should be able to defeat them at a faster speed than if the army sizes were equal. Just saying.

I just fought a war lost 2 million troops and they lost a grand total of... 550 thousand freakn troops. How about the bigger your army the faster they die.

Hmmm now theres really no reason to build an army or attack other countries before you can earn enough gold and troops to conquer the last one in relative short time. Maybe if you could add one time per reset bonus of some number of Dark Knight for each defeated country (it can be even 1000 for first 2000 for second etc its not much im getting a lot more from altar each reset)

How about the game progressing while the browser is closed? Many other idles are doing this now. Would be a great feature to have here.
It does progress while offline! Please make sure you have an active internet connection during the first 4 seconds or so of the game and you will get your offline gains!

I understand that since it's an idle game it should take a while but it would be much more interesting to have it advance faster and just add more to accomplish.
